The room was a perfect size and location, pretty quiet and had a small balcony. The breakfast was accommodating to my gluten free needs. The owner was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend if you are looking to be close to the Vactican City.

Breakfast at the offsite bar Squili was great. Proximity to St Peter’s Basilica was the main selling point of the property.
There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The shower head didn’t work, only the handheld wand. The balcony looked out over other apartments instead of over the basilica dome as was advertised.

Excellent location, in Vatican City, round the corner from a station and a supermarket. Quick responses to messages from the host.
Could feel every spring in the mattress and breakfast is just a croissant and coffee around the corner from the B’n’B. I was disappointed as a good bed and breakfast are what you expect for the price.
