Lovely stay at a very nice b and b. This is clean and comfortable and a great location for exploring St Mawes and beyond. The breakfast is delicious and different options are given every day for a cooked breakfast with eggs. The garden to the b and b is a great place to relax in after a days sightseeing. Would throughly recommend staying here.

Nearwater is in a stunning location. We were attending a festival in Falmouth and we used the St Mawes ferry to come and go which was a real treat. It was lovely to escape the town to such a beautiful location. Breakfast was excellent! Tim and Amelia are wonderful hosts and it was fun to meet the other guests over breakfast.

Clean, airy and comfortable. Perfect location. Friendly and helpful hosts. Small setting with very personal attention to guests and their needs

The property was very clean tidy and the bed very comfortable. Our host Tim and Amelia were very friendly and were genuinely interested with our plans. Breakfast was fantastic would definitely recommend this place
