Great value for money, very good mattresses, nice staff

We booked the hotel to be close to Six Flags and it’s really close, we could walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the mattresses of the beds were fantastic. We could store our luggage after checkout safely and all day. Thanks again for that and for drying our clothes, truly appreciated!

The tv didn’t work

It definitely felt like a scam.

It was close to six flags.

The pictures shown when selecting the rooms don’t match the one we were assigned. When we asked about it, they said, ‘We’re full, there’s nothing we can do.’ The sheets were old and stained, and the furniture was also worn and dirty.

I complained about my booked room because its location and size, the staff immediately offered an upgrade, which I was very happy with. The city views and sunrise were amazing from the balcony of my room.

My room was out of range from the Wifi, but my US AT&T data plan worked perfectly from my room. The bedding was not perfectly white due to being old, wear and tear, don't get me wrong, the room and bedding was perfectly clean in appearance and smell.

The staff was amazing

The ad on the booking website mentioned that there was a breakfast included, but it wasn’t. The room was too small and the tub didn’t had cable or AC. The sheets were very comfortable but they were stained.

Nice space, no WiFi.

Comfortable space, near several important places in the city. Clean and quiet, with enough space between rooms to feel private and relaxed.

I was never able to connect to Wifi. The info we were given wasn't accurate and we had to request another network and password. When we tried to connect again, it worked for 5 minutes then it went bust. Bad wifi was the main reason I didn't stay more than one night.

Good value for money.

Staff at Aztic are always incredibly sweet. There is always something that they are trying to do to help you out. I would say that they are the best thing that Aztic has, besides nice rooms and a superb location.

Let's be honest: the owner does not care about the hotel AT ALL. The huge government-issued sticky notes that indicate that the hotel had problems with health (it was the restaurant, and it is now closed, so there is no reason to be worried at all) plastered all over the doors and front desk at Aztic look gross, and much as I love the hotel staff and its location and the premise of having a great hotel right by El Colegio de México and FLACSO México, it's really to their detriment that they do not provide good maintenance to the hotel. The sheets are sometimes dirty even if the cleaning staff make a great effort to provide the best service. Someone needs to take this hotel over and restart it, because it is clear that the current owner doesn't give a damn about it and it would be a shame if Aztic closed.

It was a nice location, the room was good for the what it was paid. The Bathroom and the shower were nice, tv was good as well. There was parking on premise which is good was well and it was near a super market.

Cleanliness was awful , the bed had an incredible amount of stains the pillows too, it was horrible and I do not want to imagine the source of the stains... I will never come back here, Additionally

It was good three years ago; not anymore

Host didn't offer free breakfast as it was mentioned in the hotel's description. description on Booking also mentioned a DVD player which was not really in the room; we could not watch the movies we brought. The room was really dirty, we found used napkins left by the previous family. Light bulbs didn't work one night. The cafeteria was not even open and we had to come out to look for food. In plus, our room was next to the avenue and we could barely sleep. This hotel was way better three years ago.

Es un alojamiento a un muy buen precio, la habitación es buena aunque es pequeña pero cumple la función tiene lo necesario, el personal es muy amable

Tiene la entrada un poco extraña pareciera abandonada pero las habitaciones está mucho mejor, hay lucioruifo se debe a que está en avenida principal que es una de sus ventajas

Lugar que cumple su función: solo llegar a descansar

Nos gustó que el check-in fuera rápido, tuvimos que llamar para avisar que llegábamos en la madrugada y además la regadera me pareció muy sencilla pero está muy bien porque salió inmediatamente el agua caliente entonces eso se agradece bastante.

La distribución de los cuartos se nos hizo un poco extraña. También el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y como habíamos llegado la madrugada, nos pidieron estacionar el coche en otro lado. Deberían cambiar o actualizar sus fotos ya que el anuncio muestra una habitación en planta alta pero nos dieron habitación en el primer piso. Y agregar otras amenidades

para empezar el hotel no tiene el mismo nombre como aparece aqui , estuve mas 40 min buscando el lugar cuando lo encontre estuve tocando durante 15 min hasta que llego el recepcionista las puertas no estan abiertas para el acceso , de minimo tener una personas al tanto para abrir la puerta al hotel le hace falta mucha luz , aire acondicionado me cobraron mucho de iva ... segun

Que mejoren CALIDAD/PRECIO.

La atención y la vista hacia el exterior era hermosa.

1. Que no tuviera el letrero del Hotel a la entrada o señalización para el mismo.. 2. Que no estuviera completamente limpio, estaban algo polvosas las habitaciones y el WC. 3. Que no tuviera algún servicio de cable de TV, no tenía caso que nos dieran los controles y salieran con que pues disculpe, no tenemos ya el servicio de Dish. Por el precio, mínimo tendríamos que tener limpieza de calidad y qué ver en la TV, 4. Que no tengan un apagador de luz cerca de la cama para no tener que estarnos parando para hacerlo. Espero que para la siguiente sea mucho mejor el servicio porque por su ubicación y atención 1ro. Dios volveremos. Gracias. 😊
