Thieves.

Forgot my passport and sunglasses in the safe. Came back 10 days later, they clearly wanted to steal my items. I needed to push and threaten them and suddenly “they found them”.

Not what I was expecting . And the view from my room, Wow!!

The location was good and some staff were helpful.

The room looked out dated and had a red mark on the wall, did not know what it was and didn’t want to know. The Hotel had an event and had a cookout. The smoke from the barbecue got inside our room and all our clothes and bead room smell like smoke. Not happy complaint to the front desk and it seemed they didn’t care.

Reception and restaurant staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel restaurant offers a very limited menu and the food was horrible and expensive. We ate there several times because it was convenient but some of the food was inedible. French onion soup tasted by pure vinegar!

I loved the Continental Breakfast. The service was very good, room was clean, staff was polite, friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great comfy bed and pillow. Staff amazing.

Wish there was a coffee maker and free water. Also wish there was sanitizer for the remote. Thr makeup mirror had no light.
