A very fine, somewhat corporate hotel surrounded by freeways but convenient to the UNAM.

This is a very good hotel at the southern edge of the city, a little corporate for my taste but well located if your business destination is in that area (as was mine). The room, the cleanliness, and the service were all excellent. The food was good and the breakfast buffet plentiful but I wish there had been an alternative for those who prefer a small breakfast.

No alternative to the breakfast buffet. No alternative places to eat unless you take a taxi.

Our daughter travelled alone to this hotel. She felt safe and looked after. The hotel arranged the return taxi to the airport. Apart from a few translation issues the staff made a great effort with breakfast...she needs to learn how to ask for soft boiled eggs:-)

Very well located if you have something to do around

Very good price for its meals. Good plates. Located right in front of a mall, which is quite important. It has ancient ruins right beside the hotel a good national park if you like jogging or walking, and a beautiful Catholic Church.

Some parts look in bad condition due lo a lack of maintenance. The bar and its service don’t work properly. The location works well if you have an event or a commitment around, otherwise, is far from most of attractions in MX

Very convenient location for my needs

Parking area and elevators. Room floor looks old and deteriorated, water escapes from shower area to bedroom floor. Noise from outside (road) enters the room pretty bad.

Pleasant

The rooms are comfortable and do not have carpets which is nice for someone with allergies. The breakfast buffet is good and relatively cheap.

There is some noise coming from the main road if you have a light sleep better to ask for the rooms away from the road. The hotel has two towers, one of them receives sunlight in the morning and the other one in the afternoon causing changes in temperature. The AC broke so the room became hot and the portable AC they provided was useless.

the breakfast was good. the lobby very nice.

the staff could not care less about the customers. I explicitly asked for a quiet room and there was no option for me, plus I found out that no room is really quiet in this hotel, the noise from the avenue is terrible and you can hear it everywhere. there zero wifi in my room and I was there to give a keynote speech at the university. how on earth is a four star hotel going to allow that? I was forced to work with wifi in the lobby. asked for help several times, it took forever, to no avail. nobody fixed this. and then, every small thing one requested was just an ordeal. Not for a business traveler.
