We had great experience with the staff. They were helpful and friendly.
The internet service was below standard. In 2025, we still have that poor internet? Come on! The hotel prides itself on being a MICE/conference venue, and many executives stay there. We need strong, reliable internet. We purchased premium internet daily, but the service was just as poor as the free one! If you need a proper internet connection for work, especially for a week-long stay, please find a better hotel in the city centre. The service here is terrible.
The gym was decent, but the indoor pool definitely needs an update.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast with a great variety of food, including typical Mexican dishes.
When I checked in, there was still trash from the previous guest in my room. The TV didn’t work, I called reception, and although they said they would send someone to check it, nobody ever came. There was also no blow dryer in the room. I called at 6:30 a.m. to request one so I could wash my hair, but it was never delivered. I called again at 7:30 a.m., and the staff at the front desk was rude, telling me they had already requested it and that I just had to wait because the staff was busy. I ended up going to my meeting with dirty hair. I had to ask twice more before finally, around 6:00 p.m., I saw a staff member in the hallway and insisted they bring me one. It was also very loud at night. I couldn’t rest because guests on my floor were yelling and partying until 2 a.m. or later, and no one from the hotel seemed to check on the noise. The building itself is quite outdated, with flimsy doors and thin walls, so you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

Good beds, big room, clean, good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We liked especially the brunch on Sunday. Even a swimming pool outside with garden, so you can sit outside without leaving the hotel. Bottles of water in the room and bathroom. Easy to get an Uber from here.
some noise from the hallway in the room, but we slept well.

Location was good.
They are not creating work invoices. I have to pay for the full stay with my own money, because I can’t file it for the financial institute. This was a very bad surprise.

All the staff was great. From the valet parking to the restaurant waiters, the front desk, room service, and the room maids, everyone was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was great, especially the breakfast and brunch buffets. My whole family had a wonderful stay in all 4 rooms we had.
Some furniture may need renovation, but this was the exception.

On other occasions that I have stayed at this hotel the rate had included breakfast. And now it wasn't like that. Very disappointing.

Always there is a plumbing problem. 3 different rooms three plumbing problems. The hotel cuts corners in annoying way. For example, only two large towels. No face cloths and no mid size towels. The towels are old and hard. They need replacement. Soaps, shampoos of a quality grade 1 or 2 star hotel. Staff looked miserable and not all but many were not helpful. No greetings at entrance to hotel by doorman. The buffet food is good but dinner quality was a disappointment and the inattentive wait staff embarrassed me in front of my date with their poor attitude. It was very clear they did not want to be at work. I left a note for the dining room manager and received no reply. I will never eat in the restaurant again

I have stayed here so many times every time I write a review that Booking.com asks me to write I feel like I am shilling for the place. I am not, I can just seriously say that it's a great hotel, period.
Nothing, really. I know you ask for 2-3 sentences so I am really just filling up the space. Basically it's a great hotel in a fantastic location that has all you may need.

A little noisy, people talking loud in halls, but it’s not hotel’s fault

We were in Mexico City for a wedding. It was also the same weekend of a Formula 1 race, and that affected a lot. We stayed here at the suggestion of the Bride. The hotel was very nice, the staff were first rate, and the food was fantastic! The room size was generous, the AC/Heat was nice, and the beds were very comfortable. My wife said several times that this was the best hotel we have stayed in with all of our 20+ trips to Mexico. There is a very, very nice mall across the major highway, that is very upscale, very large, and very safe. My wife liked it also. We were happy to see a Sears store still open, it was the nicest we had been in and reminded us both of our younger years. We did not use the pool which looked pretty, the gym , or visit any of their evening clubs. It is a large complex but is designed well. I loved all the art!
Location was very close to a major traffic artery, a little noisy, but not in our room. Location didn't encourage much in getting out and walking around, like I love to do. Like lots of older hotels the facilities needs more attention to upkeep. Couches and chairs need repair. Plumping needs a little attention and some linens were a little thread bare. Wifi was working but not strong. I missed not having a coffee maker in the room and a coffee bar downstairs would have been nice. However, the restaurant opens at 7, but I'm up at 5.
