The rooms were even better than the photos. Staff was incredible and made sure to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Everything you could need is provided and the free shuttle around the area was extremely convenient

Possibly the nicest place I’ve stayed for a long time. Lovely staff, brilliant set up with breakfast, hot bath/onsen and ski boot room.

Not only was the hotel beautiful in every way, Peter, every member of the team and quality of service were even better - from transport to and fro the lifts to food recommendations and making bookings - with the in house hot baths the icing on the cake. Can’t wait to come back
Our room was noisy at night due being on the roadside - due to party goers not traffic - but nothing ear plugs couldn’t deal with.
