Location, location, location! Separate entrance. Wonderful surroundings, free parking on site, ski depot, the best Nisko bakery nearby. Perfect pow skiing in Niseko!
Heating system could be improved. The bathroom was cold, the entrance and kitchen are quite small.

Small hotel in an excellent location for the slopes in Hirafu. Very bijou but all facilities covered including a washing machine and tumble dryer and cooking facilities.
