    We enjoyed our stay here at Niseko Park Hotel. There was a hot bath room, free breakfast, ski storage room and it was all close to the ski mountain. Staff was very friendly.

    Although its a room with sharing/public bathroom but we loved the room. It is spacious, you have everything you need. Must try to experience sleeping like the Japanese and wearing the yukata (Japanese Robe)

    Very bad experience at checkin. The young lady was very rude. I made the one-room five-nights booking for my two Philippines helpers who came with our family to Niseko as the hotel our family stayed was already fully booked. As I am the one who made the booking I think it is very reasonable for me to help my helpers to check in. The lady at front desk didn’t give any welcome gestures. She was just repeatedly and explicitly telling me I am not allowed to go into the guest room, to use the restaurant for breakfast and etc, in a very rude tone and manner. I don’t know why she had the impression that I was coming to take advantage of their property. It was late in the evening, about 10:30 at night. We were all very tired and not expecting some hostile attitude like this. I thought people working in hospitality industry especially at the front desk should always treat their guests in a friendly manner. Obviously not at this hotel with this front desk staff. Not even a word of welcome was heard throughout the process, showing some irritated expressions when we asked questions. A big disappointment and contrary to my expectations of Japanese hospitality
