For this price in the Niseko area you can not be beat. The breakfast was a traditional Japanese style and was very delicious, I’d recommend to at least have it once during your stay. Kitchen had the needed amenities to cook things if necessary. Staff were friendly, and the guests were quite wonderful. There are some other excursions/activities which might be fun.

Personally, I didn’t have anything but here are some points where certain people may like less: Limited security for the rooms, there’s a safe box where you can put your rare items. There’s no particular keycard system so in theory anyone could walk into your room. Given the crowd staying there I wasn’t worried but for some people that may be considered a negative. The rooms itself are warm in the winter but the hallways/ bathroom can be quite chilly so make sure to pack layers.

Incredibly spacious beds in the mixed dorms -- there was enough space to put my suitcases all behind my privacy curtain! Breakfast was also delicious.

The host is really kind and it’s a cute place to stay with a restaurant next by. There was a lot of space for luggage in our room. It’s a good place to stay for skiing in Niseko and as well Kiroro, Iwanai and Rusutsu if you have a car.

It’s a pretty cold place though (11 degrees celsius in the restroom, 7 in our room every afternoon when we came back from skiing) and there were many bugs in our room. I think you should know before booking.
