    Staff are very helpful and polite. Room is very big and clean. need to drive to get to this Hotel. Next to the hotel there is an rean for food, you can get it easily and price is affordable. Nice surrounding area create a peaceful atmosphere.

    The best hotel in Niseko. Staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was very delicious with a wide variety. Comfy bed and big pillows. Huge spacious free car park. Indoor onsen looked dated. Had really enjoyed my stay.

    We stayed here for 3 consecutive nights to facilitate our climbing Mt. Yotei on a fine day. Thanks for Ambassador Winter’s endeavour in rendering all sort of assistance which has made our journey a most happy and fabulous one.

    We were looking forward to the stay. However, it was so disappointing that we will not ever go back to Hilton Niseko. We wanted to enjoy the view from our room of mt Yotei so we ordered room service. We were told to order using QR code and we ordered around 6.30pm. We even received an email confirmation of our order. An hour later, we were still waiting so I called the recep. He said he will check and will call me back. Waited for 20 mins still no call. So I called again. In total I spoke to 3 receptionist and waited until 8pm. We were starving. And our order was simple - just cheese platter and a bottle of wine. Apparently they didn’t prepare our order until the last receptionist informed the room service team. When we checked out the next day, there wasn’t any service recovery. Overall, the service level is u acceptable coming from an established hotel such as Hilton. Very disappointing and unpleasant experience.
