It was described accurately with no surprises.
small area for parking if you have a car but they make it work even with lots of snow!

住宿环境干净整洁，位置在一家居酒屋的后面，一开始可能比较难找到。如果是去滑雪的话不用走到山上的gondoraAce，可以从登山轩拉面店对面的有个P的停车场走过去再走一个下坡路可以到family lift。
设施比较老旧，几乎没有隔音，但是大家都很安静不会打扰睡觉

Wow! What a deal! 5 minute walk to the gondola, boots dried out by the morning. Easy to access ski storage. Bidets. This place has it all. A public onsen is a short 5 minute walk as well and there are myriad food options close by. You get more than what you pay for - especially considering the surrounding options. Wish I tried the dining options and the neighboring izakaya
I mean - this is a legacy family home. Are the carpet and decor old? Yes. Is the bathroom on a different floor? Also yes. But for this price, you can't afford not to stay here. Drinking water tasted a bit... chlorinated? But at least you know it's safe!
