    Our first time in Niseko skiing and we really enjoyed our stay here. It was more affordable than other places, and even offered an onsen to relax in after a long day of skiing. Ski lockers were a bit of a walk away but located on site and super easy access just off the family run slope. Great for beginner skiing. Location was also very central and always bustling on the streets, easy to get to combini store. Our room was olden style tatami mats which we didn't mind at all - free coupon for their souvenir shop daily if you make your own bed.

    We like the hotel though it’s obviously old and badly in need of renovation in some parts. We like the onsen and the breakfast. The ski in ski out is not as convenient as the lockers are not located at the same level of the ski field exit.

    We paid *** for a night and were disappointed not only by the poor amenities and overpriced rates, but also by the condition of the property itself. For its price point, the hotel looks old and not well-maintained. What truly made the experience unpleasant, however, was the attitude of one of the cleaning staff. A note was posted outside our door, and my husband simply read it to check whether it was meant for us. The staff member then yelled at him, saying it wasn’t for him. It’s unclear how guests are expected to know whether something posted on their door applies to them if they’re not allowed to read it. We love Japan and will absolutely return to Niseko, but unfortunately, we are never staying at this hotel again!
