The hotel had a very spacious room & was well located with ski slopes & restaurants close by. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. During our stay my husband became unwell & the bar staff were so kind in providing some small snacks.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was so close to the gondola. We also liked that the onsen was available 24 hrs. The best part was the complementary breakfast. The food selection was awesome. It was the best breakfast we’ve had while traveling.

Ski equipment is new. Ski rental office is conveniently linked to the hotel, and staff in ski rental office is efficient and helpful. Private onsen is very clean and the experience was excellent.
Breakfast seems a bit crowded and food variety is limited.
