The hotel was very well presented and the rooms were spacious. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The daily (included) breakfast was an excellent way to start the day.
The restaurant dinner menu was very misleading, as we didn’t understand that the main meal and salad had to be ordered together, even though they are priced separately. What we thought was going to be a 3,600 yen meal for two turned out to be 11,200 yen.

The hotel had a very spacious room & was well located with ski slopes & restaurants close by. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. During our stay my husband became unwell & the bar staff were so kind in providing some small snacks.
