From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was totally blown away by the exceptional service.
I would have liked to have stayed longer than my two nights.

We stayed in a room with a fantastic view of Mt Yotei, its spacious, very clean and bedding very comfortable. Breakfast and the course dinner were great. There are 2 private onsens available for reservation other than the public one. Complimentary washing machines and dryers are available for use. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Amazing accomodation with plentiful facilities and amenities for you to unwind and enjoy an amazing view. We really enjoyed relaxing in their onsens and experienced excellent customer service during our short but sweet stay. A special shout out to Rina and Rai who went above and beyond to help ship some belongings to our next destination, after accidentally leaving them upon check out. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re visiting Japan, huge thank you from Australia!
