    Our stay at Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary minibar and the premium amenities, which made the stay feel even more thoughtful. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, showcasing fresh Hokkaido ingredients with refined presentation. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service from the team. A special shout-out to Goong at the restaurant, whose warm hospitality and attentive service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. From the comfortable accommodation to the exceptional service, this is a property we would happily return to on our next visit to Niseko.

    From the moment we arrived until leaving the staff at Higashiyama Niseko Village make you feel very welcome and relaxed. We came during the spring so it wasn't so busy but the room was large, luxurious and very comfortable. We tried the private onsen which was great and the degustation style dinner (with wine) and breakfast which were included in our booking fare made this a very worthwhile stay in our opinion. Great escape for a night from Sapporo!
