Very conveniently located. Extremely polite staff!
I still liked it, but the diner was just OK. Nothing exceptional - but there are several other food choices very close by too.

Breakfast was good. Location for that amount was great.
Before we came to Hotel, we had some questions like where to get Snow Gear etc and we were always given a cold reply that you need to arrange everything before arrival. However, when we came the Boys at Front desk were so helpful and just pointed out to nearby places where we could get stuff and that really helped.

Comfortable , and the staff were friendly
Big hospital style hotel with not much personality, I understand why people stay in places like this but I wouldn’t be returning. Also a ¥3000 charge for loss of card is a bit steep.
