Short but great stay

First of all, Richard is an extremely nice host. Warmly welcome from the moment I arrive. Nice and timely breakfast daily, and not to mention that when I checked out, I forgot some of my personal stuff in the room, and thanks to Richard, I got them back. The apartment is well furnished, with a great garden view. The location is great too, with only 5-10 minutes walk from Gare de Viotte. Distance to the local transport is even closer. Everything was great.

Great value in a good location

Lovely little property in a quiet area of Besançon, about 20 min walk from the city centre. Our host (Richard) was very friendly and professional, providing a lovely continental breakfast in the morning. He also provided help and directions to park our car in the building opposite our flat. Our bedroom was very quiet and comfortable. A small fridge may be a nice addition for those staying more than a couple of nights.

Very good location, bed very comfortable, clean overall. Owners pleasant. Train station for buses to the centre is close by.

Toilets are downstairs which is a bit awkward if needed overnight.

There wasn’t anything to dislike, from when we arrived we were just looked after. The room was great, the breakfast was wonderful and our host was just amazing, nothing was too much trouble.

NIce private and quiet near the train station.

Didn't really realize it was almost a small apartment. Separate street entrance and even a private door to the back garden area. It was a bit of inconvenience having bathroom downstairs and bed upstairs. Lots of room in sitting area/breakfast room downstairs. Private breakfast served promptly at the agreed time. We would be happy to return!

Bra alternativ för ett par som vill besöka staden.

Centralt läge och ett bra garage om man kommer med bil. Egen ingång och stor lägenhet ett litet minus för att Badrummet låg på bottenvåningen så lite bökigt om man behöver gå upp på natten. Värden är supervänlig och hjälpsam. Rent och snyggt i hela lägenheten.

Wir würden sofort dauerhaft einziehen.

Richard ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Kommunikation in Vorfeld vorbildlich. Der Empfang war herzlich. Wir haben gleich das Auto in die Sparrate Garage gestellt, Vorteil, wir waren auf der Durchreise und konnte alle Sachen im Auto lassen. Die kleine Wohnung ist einfach klasse. Es gibt einen herrlichen Garten in dem man sitzen kann. Das Frühstück war super. Wer herzhaft mag sollte sich ein Päckchen Wurst mitnehmen. Kaffee, Tee nach Wahl oder ein schöner Espresso. In die Stadt sind es 20 Minuten gemütlich zu laufen. Wir buchen sicher wieder.

Wir hätten länger bleiben sollen. Ich bin aus Wohnungen leichteren Herzens ausgezogen in denen ich Jahre gelebt habe.

Visiter Besançon

Très bien accueilli, nous avons reçu d'excellents conseils pour visiter la ville et trouver un restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Légèrement excentré du centre historique de Besançon, une ligne de bus permet de le rejoindre facilement et de laisser son véhicule, pour moi une moto, dans un garage fermé à clé situé juste en face de l'hébergement. A pied, le centre-ville se rejoins en une vingtaine de minutes.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet bis ins Detail, gutes Frühstück und toller Garten . Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß oder per Bus erreichbar.

Ausgesprochen freundliche Betreuung in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft! Gerne jederzeit wieder...

Wir wurden sehr positiv von der Unterkunft und der Herzlichkeit der Eigentümer überrascht. Von außen wirkte die Unterkunft eher unscheinbar. Das Zimmer und die dazugehörenden Räume waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein sehr großer, wunderbarer Garten, indem wir unser Frühstück einnehmen konnten. Der Besitzer war überaus freundlich und wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Das Frühstück konnten wir auf der Terrasse im Garten einnehmen! Bei Fragen zur Besichtigung der Stadt stand uns Richard, der Eigentümer, hilfreich zur Seite. Leider mußten wir unseren Aufenthalt abkürzen.... Wir wären gerne länger geblieben! Für einen Besuch in Besançon würden wir jederzeit gerne zurückkommen in diese Unterkunft! Danke für die freundliche Betreuung.

Upea ja uniikki yöpymispaikka. Tilat käsittivät makuuhuoneen lisäksi aulan, oleskelutilan, kylpyhuone-wc:n ja pienen ulkoterassin - kaikki kaunista ja supersiistiä. Isäntä Richard oli todella vieraanvarainen ja laittoi aamulla herkullisen aamupalan, joka tarjoiltiin viihtyisässä puutarhassa. Täällä olisimme viihtyneet pitempäänkin. Lämmin suositus!

Lage etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, jedoch öffentlicher Nahverkehr nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, eine nette Unterkunft auf zwei Etagen aufgeteilt, leckeres Frühstück gibt es morgens im eigenen Bereich, Fahrradgarage vorhanden, eigener Sitzplatz in einem Traumgarten, sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Gastgeber

Eine ruhige Oase der Ruhe inmitten der Stadt. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Liebevolle Ausstattung und sehr geräumig. Kleiner Sitzplatz im Garten. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir waren mit Rädern unterwegs und konnten diese in einer Garage parken.

Ein empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wir konnten es bei gutem Wetter im wunderschönen Garten einnehmen. Es gibt auch einen eigenen kleinen Sitzbereich draußen. Richard war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Schlafzimmer ist durch eine Treppe erreichbar. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt. Auf dem Weg in den Süden Frankreichs ist es ein idealer Zwischenstop mit einem Besuch der interessanten Stadt, für die man sich Zeit nehmen sollte.

Mit viel französischem Charme

Sehr schön renoviertes Häuschen mit französischem Charme . Deko sehr liebevoll. Das Frühstück französisch ( klein) aber sehr liebevoll präsentiert. Heizung wurde auf unseren Wunsch angestellt.

Das Bett ( 1. OG) war sehr schmal, könnte mal aufgefrischt werden. ( Matratzen ) Das Bad war im EG .

Sehr geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück. Richard ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis in die Altstadt läuft man ca. 20 Minuten.
