Plesant stay

Spacious and comfortable room. Lovely breakfast incl. fresh fruit like mango and papaya. Friendly staff. Secure parking on site. Large beautiful park near by. Pet friendly.

Just a note, we had an empty shower gel dispenser, but it did not detract from a good stay.

Very pleasant stay in excellent location

Large room in comfortable well-appointed hotel. Great walk-in shower with a stool for old folk like me. Very good choice of hot and cold food at breakfast buffet in a room adjoining a pleasant garden. Receptionist showed me the way to the lift, instead of just pointing, and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Right by station, which is excellent for train travellers.

Lovely modern hotel in easy walking distance of the city.

Great hotel in a great location. Easy to access by car and carpark was great. Then easy to access the City. Pool and Spa was great, It was included in our price as we booked in February. Breakfast was very good.

Not a dislike, but it was very quiet for such a hotel. No one using the Spa etc.

It was a short one night stay as we were traveling through France, but it was perfect. very clean, comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast had a very nice selection. Great location for our purpose.

Great location and staff

Location was great for accesing the train station and walking distance to the centre. The staff were great, and facilities were clean. We also appreciate the cleaning staff kindness and efficiency. We enjoyed the spa facilities.

The bed was too hard and the curtains were too thin, so the light will come in early morning and wake you up. Breakfast is very standard, more options for hot dishes.

Nice modern hotel in a beautiful city

Spacious hotel rooms in the new part of the hotel. Good spa & gym facilities, very nice bubble baths. Nice breakfast in a good breakfast hall and in the garden. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking either behind the hotel, of at reduced rate at the nearby Besançon railway station

The swimming pool was rather enclosed, with balconies of the hotel rooms rather close. Landscaping and gardening can be improved. The combination of old and new part of the hotel makes it a bit of a maze: the 1st floor of the old part suddenly becomes the 2nd floor of the new part!

Les chambres communicantes ne le sont pas car non communicantes de l'intérieur de la chambre. Ce sont deux chambres côte à côte avec une porte dans le couloir qui les isolent des autres chambres. Œuf froid au petit-déjeuner.

La chambre très spacieuse salle de bain moderne et la literie très confortable et lit King size. Personnel aux petits soins et petit déjeuner très garni en tout genre de met. Service réception 24h/24. Espace bien-être accessible pratiquement tous les jours sans réservation préalable.

Un bel accueil dans un bel hôtel= excellent séjour !

La discrétion du personnel, la chambre spacieuse et calme, le lit grand et très confortable, la salle de bain correspondant à mon attente : grande douche italienne, bon éclairage…peignoir, chaussons..accès au hammam et au jacuzzi .. j’ai même pu recharger ma voiture hybride gratuitement avant de repartir … c’est certain je reviendrai !!!

L’attention portée à chaque client est saluable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le personnel était toujours souriant. Nous avons pu profiter de l’espace détente, très bonne surprise quand aux équipements. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, sucré salé, large choix on s’est bien régalé ! Nous avions peur vis a vis de la localisation mais malgré les rues passantes, on entend rien et le cadre reste très calme!

Nähe Bahnhof Viotte, unkomplizierte Gepäckaufbewahrung, Nähe zum Espace Bien-être Bereich. Grosses, bequemes Bett, schönes Badezimmer, getrennt zum WC. Spa-Bereich sauber. Bademäntel im Zimmer. Sehr ruhig.

Sehr weiter Weg vom Zimmer zum Hotelausgang, Bewegungsmelder auf WC viel zu kurz eingestellt, starker Chlorgeruch im Hotelgang. TV hat nicht richtig funktioniert, sehr dünnes Toilettenpapier

Tolles Hotel für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Pool. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, so dass wir den Garten und den Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Das Hotel, sehr sauber. Privater Parkplatz. Empfang und Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war toll und es gab eine grosse Auswahl.

Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in Besançon.

Wir hatten das Glück, einen der wenigen Parkplätze auf dem Gelände des Hotels zu bekommen. Der Weg vom Hotel in die Stadt bietet diverse nette Blicke auf die Stadt und die Zitadelle auf der anderen Seite der Stadt. Allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein, aber das gilt für die ganze Stadt.

Bei unsere Ankunft hat es in unserem Zimmer sehr stark nach Chemikalien gerochen. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass es sich hier um ein Reinigungsmittel gehandelt hat. Bei unserer Rückkehr ins Hotel am Abend hat es nicht mehr nach Chemie, sondern nur extrem nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Hier hatte wohl jemand in dem Zimmer geraucht, und die Neutralisierung ist irgendwie schief gegangen.
