A perfect stay at the Appartement Schmid.

The host Peter is very friendly and welcoming. This is our second stay here we try to book every year but it is often fully booked so we were over the moon to be able to stay here again. The apartments are spotlessly clean and the location is fantastic.

Great ski holiday in Oetzt

Clean, cosy and well equipped apartment. Located directly in the center of Oetzt - close to supermarket, shops, restaurants.

Overall a pleasant stay during pandemic time.

The location of the apartment itself is a good one for this small town. It's a clean place and well-maintained. There is one terrace and one balcony to enjoy the view of the mountains.

Kitchen space is limited but for a week it's not a problem. The Air-circulation system doesn't work always in the toilet. The shower space is very compact.

wir waren voll zufrieden, Herr Schmid war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar mit einem Netzkabel geholfen

Fantastisch, absolute aanrader

Ontzettend vriendelijke ontvangst. Super schoon en goed uitgerust appartement. Tot aan de handzeep en vaatwastabletten toe. Fantastische bedden (Emma matras). Midden in het dorp met restaurants en supermarkten. En niet te vergeten een zeer populaire ijssalon.

Perfekt placering, gode faciliteter, 2 balkoner, den ene virkeligt stor.

Skorsten til træpillefyr var ikke over tag men ud for vores lejlighed og det kunne man godt lugte.

Super vakantie gehad!

Locatie was top! Midden in het centrum van Oetz. Ski bus stopt praktisch voor de deur, klein stukje lopen. Heel schoon en net appartement, zeker een aanrader.

Geräumig und mittendrin

Wir hatten die große Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern, 2 Bädern, Balkon und Terrasse. Die Betten waren super. Mitten im Ort. Bus vor der Tür. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
