Large house, fully equipped in centre of Oetz. Good communication with the host. Great views from upstairs balcony. Comfortable for 4 adult & 3 children. We enjoyed our stay.
Low doorways (6ft3 husband struggled a bit) Windows open fully (concern with young kids) Church bells ringing at 6am each morning (we needed windows open due to the hot weather)

It is great, the only problem are the wood stairs, that are not included in any photos, but the property is nice, and you have all you need! The host is also great and response in minutes to solve our small problem.

Tall narrow steps not suited for families with children or knee problems. House could use a make over.
