Loved it, would definitely stay again!

Location was great. Few minutes from the train station and close to the attractions. Room was clean and the staff were very friendly an helpful.

Would have been nice for a selection of teabags to go with the kettle but there was a supermarket close by to grab essentials.

Very friendly and helpful staff who speak excellent English. Excellent location for the train & bus stations (and the Browar Stara Komenda restaurant). Perfectly comfortable room and very good value for money.

I would go back, this time knowing what to expect

location convenient for the main railway station. quiet

realising the hotel was basically a basement, in an office building located behind huge iron gates. There was a stagnant odour in the bathroom which was unpleasant. Sachets of coffee and tea would be brilliant, especially as a kettle is provided.

Clean, tidy, spacious, and quiet rooms. Great staff. Very quick check in and out, anytime of day.

Pillows weren't so nice for me personally. But that's just me, such a small complaint it feels silly.

My booking was for 1 night, I wanted to extend for 2 more days but the lady in Reception she get a look to her book and said no we have no available I went out to buy a bottle of water when I came back it was another young girl working in reception I did ask the same question if I can extend my stay she did consult the same book and she said yes Sir you can we have available rooms !!!! and I extended my stay just after 10 min max Reply change and its clear first reply was due to my skin color

Very clean beds, room and bathroom. Exceptionally good shower. Breafast like in the top price range hotels.Very nice and helpful staff. The car parked for free in a locked courtyard.

The hotel was in the basement wjivh was unusual, but for one night it didn't matter.
