Foods were so so good. 'Part of the hotel personal' (unfo I cannot say all team) were so kind, good people.
All life guards, waiters at restaurants, barmen, barmaids were so so helpful and good people.
We stayed 11 nights with 8 people (we have 4 rooms), just to hotel we paid around 7.000€ but I have a big question mark that, did we get what we paid !?
Management team, facility (3 different points from the ceiling fell down during our stay), many times 'fire alarms' (we have old people - over 80.s with us and babies, everybody paniced many times) but wrongly, we have like a 'dead animal smell' on our coridore, we told many times > zero actions.
'customer relations' just reverted us 'oppositions', no solutions.
typical answer 'we understand you'! OK, if you understand me, find a solution ?

Another important thing, we have 2 x kids in our group and one of main reason to choose that hotel was 'slides' in the kids pool. we stayed 11 nights, 7 days, they didnt work. They just said, we are fixing everyday and more than half of the staying we couldnt use. when they were open, only 4 hours a day...
