The facility was very good similar to any resort with this level of investment. Food was amazing, very well diverse with excellent quality. However, security level is shaky. During my stay 3 items were stollen from my family, and when I reported missing items to the guest relations, their response was much lower than expectations, as they did not check the cameras, and their direct answer not “not found!!” My advise if u decided to stay here, keep a close watch on your belonging and be vigilant, which could be frustrating as u are in a vacation and looking for relaxation.

Had a lovely Christmas here. Enjoyed Karoake, Bar Street club for families, spa and hammam treatment… all great memories! This resort is huge with lots of areas to relax, socialise and enjoy time away from home! Absolutely beautifully decorated place, with warm indoor pools. All inclusive with good selection of food all round. Only downside experienced was having so many cats in the dining area….this gives the impression that the food couldn’t be that hygienic. Thank you to all the friendly staff who made our stay a beautiful holiday!

I want to start that the hotel is huge, therefore there should be more employees at the reception, there are only three or four employees at the reception and this creates a lot of pressure and a huge queue waiting even for a small service. The attitude of the employees is not respected at all and the service is almost self-service. I spent a week and it turned out that I was only asked twice what would you like to drink. And if you ask the waiters, they don't answer, and if they answer in a disrespectful way and leave and don't come back to give the service, and many times the waiter demands from the guest to go himself to get it. The food repeats itself every day, not really tasty, there is no barbecue at all for a whole week and even though it was the big holiday, we didn't feel like there was a holiday, there was nothing special. The water is almost not cold even though cold water is needed in the heat that was at the end of June. The ice cream in the fridge is melted, imagine if you walk a little in the heat we took it melts what will be left of it and in general the ice cream is far from all the facilities there are not many bars and also there is always a line if you want to drink something cold you have to wait for many minutes and the attitude of the molders in the bars is not polite at all. The workers at the water facilities do not want to work and deliberately create a huge queue for the water slides and there are not many water rings for surfing, so you sometimes have to wait more than half an hour. Shame and ruin that Luna Bark in such a huge hotel is paid and the payment is not symbolic but an expensive payment despite tens of thousands of shekels that the hotel charged me thousands of dollars and I also have to pay Luna Bark something I have not seen in any other hotel
