Nice place, clean and spacious

Spacious apartment, nice pool area, nice with parking garage with enough space. Beautiful buildings and pretty with the golf courses in the backyard. Nice place to stay for a shorter week, 10 minute drive from the Garda Lake.

There were not a lot of kitchen service e.g. plates, cutlery etc when staying 7 people. We had to run the dishwasher several times a day. We had hoped we could walk to the Garda lake, but we never managed to find a walking path there. With that mentioned, could’ve been nice with some more information and detail from the staff about the neighbourhood when checking in.

Lovely relaxing holiday, great location, friendly staff, could do with some updating

The location of the property was really good for exploring the area. The reception staff were efficient and helpful. The apartment was spacious. Good we were able to use the facilities at the sister location near the lake. Football golf was fun as was the golf range.

I'm going to list the negatives (with these in mind though, we made the best of our time and had a really lovely holiday): - 2 x wasp nests in the walls were the windows opened, luckily we paid for air con so didn't need to open these - no plug sockets in the kitchen so we had to plug in the kettle in the dining area - kettle took ages to boil - limited storage in the kitchen area and hardly any prep space - the microwave was on a shelf 6/7 ft in the air so using it was dangerous, I had to stand on a chair to remove hot items - the beds were hard, we all had to use the quilts we had to put on top of the mattress - hardly any coat hangers, possibly 10 to be split between 3 double bedrooms - water pressure kept dipping, so showering was interesting! - the pool when we arrive was dirty, when I complained I was told it was because of the storm the night before. This would have accounted for the leaves but not the scum around the sides, luckily though, someone came to clean it that day. - the golf course was in a state of repair and very expensive for what would be the equivalanet elsewhere. Save your money and go to Gardagolf Country Club instead - restaurant had a limited menu and wasn't child friendly, they really ought to do more snacks like pizza, pannis etc - no covers for the duvets/quilts - had to pay for air con and towels - would pref these to be included in the cost and it to be more expensive

Pleasant

We loved the area, it was very calm a peaceful. Great place to stay for longer period of time. Nice and stylish interiors, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Parking was great for bigger cars.

We had BIG problems with wasps. There were many wasp nests on the balcony and around the windows. One of the children got stung by the wasp, which was painful and stressful, and it was really hard to persuade them to stay and sleep in a room with wasp nests. We were shocked that we had to pay 4€/person for towels when we came…

Great swimming pool including tidy and well behaving guests around and in it, a lot of nature around, good restaurant and discount prices for guests, a lot of space in the apartment, nice terrace, large Carrefour opened until midnight near the property

Some young German youngsters making noice until 11-12 PM, distant beaches. Not necessarily disadvantage but you need a car to get out of the property - market 1km, nearest beach 3-4kms to walk on the road (no pavement).

Staff was very kind, but it was all!

We were prepared that furniture is old, but there were more things which made us disapointed. You have to pay additional fee for using air condition 8 Eur/day, towels 4 Eur/ person, you have to throw out your rubbish otherwise next additional fee. Kitchen was bad equipped - any washing-up liquid and sponge, they want you to sort waste, but they give you only one rubbish bag. That is very funny. You can hear all voices from another appartments. The main thing is that our air condition wasn´t working in the living room, it is very old, I think that they have to know that it is totally out of order, but they never say it, I told them 3 x, but nobody came to repair it! Due to it our stay were very very hot!!! We were two families, but we have only one room key. Swimming pool wasn´t clean. Jacussi in the swimming pool wasn´t working! There were only a few sun beds, so that guests must rest on the grass. Opening hours of simming pool from 9 to 13 and from 15 to 19. One day swimming pool was opened at 10:30 due to grass cutting. Generally Price is very high compared with quality and service!

Jestem bardzo zadowolony pomimo niewielkich niedociągnięć.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z obsługą (nawet w późnych godzinach). Pokoje przestronne i bardzo wygodne.

Ręczniki lepiej mieć swoje. Basen zamykany o 19:00 - co trudno wytłumaczyć dzieciom po całodniowej wycieczce. Nasza łazienka przystosowana była dla niepełnosprawnych co niestety powodowało wylewanie się wody spod prysznica.

Struttura ben raccolta intorno al golf, con parcheggio coperto di facile accesso e clubhouse graziosa e von una buona cucina. Bilocali spaziosi. Struttura pulita. Personale all'accoglienza sorridente e disponibile.

Porte del garage rumorose e appartamenti al pian terreno con poca privacy: tutte le finestre danno su lunghi in comune. Biancheria da letto del divano letto un po' striminzita per 2 persone. Check in e check-out in orari scomodi ma personale molto disponibile per venire incontro alle esigenze.

Esperienza molto rilassante.

Zona molto tranquilla, camera molto pulita e dotata di lavastoviglie con tabs da poter utilizzare, inoltre sono collegati con il villaggio Villenpark sul lago di Garda dotato di altre 2 piscine in cui siamo potuti andare liberamente anche il giorno che abbiamo lasciato la stanza.

Manca l’ascensore essendo una struttura d’epoca.

Ruhige Lage, Pool, Restaurant hinter der Appartement Lage am anliegenden Golfplatz. Wer Ruhe sucht und sich gern selbst verpflegt ist dort richtig.

Zimmer sind zwar geräumig aber dunkel , da sich bis auf das Schlafzimmer, die Fensterläden in der Wohnküche und im Bad leider nicht öffnen lassen. Daher ist dort kein Tageslicht möglich. Müll muss der Gast selbst trennen und beim Check Out entsorgen. Mir persönlich fehlte auch die Kaffeemaschine im bereitgestellten Kücheninventar.

Weekend in famiglia

Posizione ottima, Vicino al supermercato aperto fino alle 24 e a molti ristoranti. Comodo come posizione anche per lo shopping in quanto è vicino a molti negozi e centri commerciali. La ragazza della reception molto cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento è adatto per chi vuole rilassarsi. Vi sono anche la piscina e i campi da golf. Le attrazioni tipo gardaland, parco natuta viva sono a 25 minuti di auto. Nell'appartamento sono presenti lenzuola, asciugamani,asciugacapelli, stoviglie,lavastoviglie, Frigorifero,microonde,forno. Le stanze da letto sono ampie e si trovano al piano superiore. Il letto matrimoniale non ha il materasso intero ma due materassi,non vi è il topper sui materassi. Il bagno con doccia è dotato di asciugacapelli e si trova al piano superiore nell'appartamento dove ho soggiornato io ed è ampio. Vi è la televisione al piano terra e anche un tavolo per rilassarsi fuori davanti all'appartamento. Si accettano animali. Tutto sommato una bella struttura.

Purtroppo non mi è piaciuta molto la pulizia del bagno e delle stoviglie, ma ho risolto pulendo. Per tutto il resto sono rimasta contenta.

Prezzo eccessivo

Prezzo eccessivo per quello che è la struttura. L’appartamento non è nuovissimo, la tavoletta del bagno era rotta, ed era pieno di formiche (capisco che è in campagna e che può succedere). In più trovo assurdo, visto il costo al giorno, che vogliono che prima di lasciare la stanza vengano lavate le stoviglie che si utilizzano e non c’è a disposizione neppure una spugna ed un sapone per i piatti che ho dovuto acquistare io.
