Location quiet, close to amenities, easy access, nice staff, a/c works amazing, nice shower, nice breakfast with delicious coffee!

Narrow stairs with loose hand rails, dirt carpet in corridors, fridge not working properly, dirty mugs and cups not replaced every day, towel replaced only in the last day of stay (too late).

Super nice breakfast with freshly baked bread, fresh yoghurt, eggs and well presented. The host is super friendly. 5 min from Roermond Outlet. I had forgotten a dress in the room and the host kindly send the dress by post the same day.

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay for a few nights and explore Roermond and surroundings. It's close to the Outlet Center. Very good concept exceeding the requirements of travellers looking to have a good night sleep. The room was immaculate, Breakfast was very nice, we chose fresh yoghurt and kiwi's and an assortment of fresh breads, cheese and ham. I even got a free Coke Zero which in other establishments, I would have to pay for. All in all, very good and we are actually returning in a few days for another nights stay.

Nice B&B with top location!

We stayed as a family of 4 and booked 2 rooms. Rooms were small but had everything we needed. Host was super nice and breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this B&B to our friends.

It was very hot this weekend and the room does not have air co... We understand that it was not listed as well, just keep it in mind if you travel during summer.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and smell nice. Very homey. Breakfast is very nice, prepared by the owner himself. At second day we need to catch the bus so we need an early breakfast, the owner was accommodating our needs by preparing the breakfast earlier. Location very close to the Outlet, just less than 10 minutes walk. For sure we will stay again when we visit Roermond.

The rooms are in the 2nd & 3rd floor. If you have a big suitcase, you need to do it with stairs.

GEWELDIG! Kraaknette B&B met een topligging.

Geweldige locatie! Auto kan je voor weinig geld parkeren op de overdekte parking Kazerneplein dewelke op slechts 200m van de B&B ligt. De parking is tevens gelegen tussen de B&B en de outlet shopping wat heel handig is om regelmatig eens uw winkeltassen in de auto te gaan steken ;). In de directe omgeving van de B&B vind je ook de Markt met veel leuke drink- eetgelegenheden en een leuke winkelstraat waar meer de bekendere ketens zijn. De host, Ronald, is een heel aangenaam persoon die klaar staat met tips en voor een heel lekker ontbijt zorgt! Wie naar Roermond gaat om te shoppen kan geen betere B&B vinden!

Il sud dell'Olanda è sempre molto accogliente soprattutto nel periodo natalizio

Colazione varia e ricca, molto stile nordico con prosciutto uova sode e anche biscotti e brioches. Purtroppo il caffè espresso all'estero resta una vana speranza. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi in meno di 5 minuti. Struttura piccola, ma accogliente. Il gestore molto gentile simpatico e disponibile.

La struttura non dispone di un parcheggio privato e trovandosi in centro è complicato trovare un posto auto e sono tutti a pagamento.

Uitstekend ontbijt. Alles vers en voldoende keuze. Uitstekende ligging om zowel de stad als de outlet te bezoeken.

Geen lift aanwezig. Met de valies via de trap naar de 2de etage was niet makkelijk.

super Lager - sehr sauber - sehr zu empfehlen

Die Lage ist super 5 Fußminuten zum Outlet, 3 Minuten zum Marktplatz. Besser geht es nicht. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und reichlich. Der Wasserkocher im Zimmer ist ideal, da wir gerne gleich nach dem Aufwachen einen Kaffee /Tee trinken und dann später entspannt zum Frühstück
