Check in takes too long Everything that involves reception takes long During breakfast there's never enough plates so you'll have to wait til they bring clean ones. Most tables miss napkins. Not clear instructions during check in. Sofás in common areas need some cleaning. I think they're understaffed.

The location is beautiful with an outstanding garden and tennis court. There is so much to explore. The petting zoo is a cute bonus.

If you absolutely need a strong wifi connection for work video calls you may need to position yourself in specific areas. If you're there to enjoy the mountains and post on social media you'll be fine.

The hotel is completely decadent. I will never come back and don't recommend it.

The only thing I like was the garden - which was very beautiful and clean. All the other spaces were very under of our expectations.

The hotel is completely decadent. There are not horses to riding, the tennis court was full of sludge and the animals of the minizoo were dirty and sad. We reserved a room for a couple and we had a bedroom with 2 attached single beds, very uncomfortable. During the night, we heard noises from guests of the next room. During the day, while we were in the pool area, an employee was weeding the grass during at least 2 hours... Besides that, the piano was locked, the game room had the lights off and the general court didn't have any ball or something. I will never come back and don't recommend it.

Local tranquilo, fácil acesso as margens da BR-040, área verde e construções muito agradáveis e confortáveis. Local para ir e passar o dia todo curtindo a natureza e tomando um vinho nos jardins do local. O café da manhã é muito bem servido, atendentes muito educados e solícitos, decoração é algo que deve ser mencionado como incrível.

Achei a comunicação meio confusa, pedi algumas coisas e não consegui por não ter sido informado. Por exemplo, queria ter um vinho falei com o atendente o horário de chegada mas a bebida não foi disponibilizada pois o restaurante fecha e não há uma conveniência no local.

Experiência na Kastel Pedra Bonita

O local é perfeito, todo o ambiente em volta e as instalações são feitas para criar uma experiência incrível, O café da manhã é bem servido com muitas variedades e de alta qualidade, A Osteria oferece um cardápio muito bom. O quarto tem arquitetura aconchegante, com banheira, lareira e tv.

Infelizmente nem tudo é perfeito e algumas coisas poderiam ser evitadas, como por exemplo: O piso do box do banheiro estava solto, Fiz solicitações pelo canal de atendimento 24h do whatsapp e houve falta de resposta em uma resposta e demora em outras (uma delas perguntei sobre o horário do fondue servido na osteria, e como não me responderam eu e a minha noiva não conseguimos aproveitar no horário que era servido), o atendimento da osteria deixa a desejar, eu e minha esposa fomos usar a piscina aquecida e estava suja.

Houve uma quebra de expectativa, antes da mudança de administração, check in extremamente demorado,antes existia o cha da tarde,que contava com garrafas de café,água quente pra cha, bolos, agora uma máquina de café e água quente, e biscoitos horríveis,(deletaram os bolos), acabaram com a sala de jogos que tinha,quarto com ar condicionado descendo mais água do que cachoeira, estofados da sala onde serve o "cha" todos sujos,café da manhã 1 tipo de bolo,suco de laranja aguado ,pratos do café manhã cheios de água,e não sei qual ideia de colocar pudim no café da manhã .. senti o local meio abandonado.
