Nice place, especially at night, outdoor locations look great. Nice place to relax.

Check in takes too long Everything that involves reception takes long During breakfast there's never enough plates so you'll have to wait til they bring clean ones. Most tables miss napkins. Not clear instructions during check in. Sofás in common areas need some cleaning. I think they're understaffed.

The location is beautiful with an outstanding garden and tennis court. There is so much to explore. The petting zoo is a cute bonus.

If you absolutely need a strong wifi connection for work video calls you may need to position yourself in specific areas. If you're there to enjoy the mountains and post on social media you'll be fine.

The hotel is completely decadent. I will never come back and don't recommend it.

The only thing I like was the garden - which was very beautiful and clean. All the other spaces were very under of our expectations.

The hotel is completely decadent. There are not horses to riding, the tennis court was full of sludge and the animals of the minizoo were dirty and sad. We reserved a room for a couple and we had a bedroom with 2 attached single beds, very uncomfortable. During the night, we heard noises from guests of the next room. During the day, while we were in the pool area, an employee was weeding the grass during at least 2 hours... Besides that, the piano was locked, the game room had the lights off and the general court didn't have any ball or something. I will never come back and don't recommend it.

Localização, bom café da manhã e funcionários super atenciosos.

A manutenção deixa a desejar, azulejos quebrados na piscina, o bar da piscina só funcionava depois das 11h e mesmo assim sem muita opção. Toalha para piscina era conseguida, depois de muitos pedidos. O lençol da cama não tinha elástico e você acordava, literalmente, em cima do colchão . A tolha do banheiro estava com furos e o banheiro da piscina e do quarto estavam com lixeiras velhas e com pontos de ferrugem. Já estive, antes da pandemia , nesse hotel, mas dessa vez foi decepcionante. Uma pena, porque o local é lindo.

Maravilhosa!

É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos com vocês. Como na primeira estadia a experiência foi incrível. O Hotel é lindo, os colaboradores super prestativos e atenciosos e a comida maravilhosa!

Gostaria apenas de pontuar que os lençóis não estavam com um aroma muito agradável. Acredito que com esse ajuste a experiência pode ficar ainda melhor.

Me hospedei em 2 quartos diferentes, ambos com hidromassagem e lareira. O quarto 10 possui vista de frente pra piscina, e o quarto 19 é um pouco mais afastado, fica próximo do restaurante, porém bem maior e mais bonito! Pelo o que vi, não recomendo que se hospedem nos que são próximos da pista, parece que o barulho dos carros incomoda. O hotel é muito melhor pessoalmente do que por foto, não se compara… incrível demais. Funcionários da recepção ótimos, café da manhã muito bom. Recomendo e voltaria.

Regulagem do chuveiro que é super quente ou congelante, não tem um meio termo, mas assim que falei na recepção, se disponibilizaram pra arrumar. O hotel em sí é divino, mas acho que poderia haver uma melhora nos banheiros.. é uma pegada mais rústica, os padrinhos do banheiro são velhos, parecem estar sujos mas não estão, só precisam ser trocados.

Sensacional.

A estadia foi maravilhosa! Os funcionários são sensacionais, fui muito bem atendida por dois em específico, que trabalham na recepção. O café da manhã é ótimo, a piscina é maravilhosa e o hotel é MUITO mais bonito pessoalmente, essas fotos não mostram a beleza de fato, nem se compara ao que é ao vivo. Além de ter uma hóspede muito fofinha, uma gatinha do nome Nina, linda demais. Quarto número 10, com a vista de frente pra piscina, uma lareira e hidromassagem. Recomendo.

Tive um problema com o chuveiro, não consegui regular a temperatura, que primeiro superaquecia, e depois congelava. Assim que falei na recepção, se disponibilizaram a ir no quarto resolver. Gostaria de pontuar que apesar de muito bom, as estadias são antigas, recomendaria uma melhora no banheiro em geral, principalmente nos azulejos em volta da hidromassagem.
