The breakfast is OK, but is not providing by the hotel so cover for some kinds of drinks like expresso, capuccino, hot chocolate.

The location needs urgently a big update.

We were there for 3 days and actually happy to leave because we could really use the pool etc.

The person at the reception was nice.

It was extremely cold that we got sick - the heating didn’t work - there was one guy checking the heating but just changed the controller but it still didn’t work. The pool was extremely dirty - I never saw something like this The sauna was not always working. In the gym many things were not working. The person at the breakfast was unfriendly and the breakfast is everyday the same. It’s typical Brazilian breakfast but not really healthy . Only bread , cake and eggs but no vegetables - they had fruits though. No vegan option for bread or milk .

Lindo hotel!!

O hotel tem estrutura de resort, a área da piscina é ampla, as cabanas com 2 suítes são muitas, e são distribuídas em meio a floresta de Mata Atlântica em um lindo vale, com muitas Bromélias pelos jardins. O quarto que ficamos é lindo conforme as fotos do anúncio, e nos colocaram bem próximo a área de lazer e restaurante... ao lado tem um pequeno lago com pedalinho funcionando, pequenas trilhas por entre as cabanas e uma cachoeira próximo a sede. Cama muito boa, café ótimo em um grande e belo restaurante. O lugar é lindíssimo!!!

Gostamos bastante de todo o espaço. Aproveitamos muito o salão de jogos, a piscina aquecida e a brinquedoteca. O restaurante tinha boas opções.

A falta de um vestiário junto da piscina aquecida. No dia que fomos, chovia e estava frio, tivemos que sair com as crianças que estavam com o corpo quente para acessar o vestiário que ficava um pouco distante.

Amei que tinha um lagarto lindo como vizinho do meu chalé! s2 Chuveiro muito gostoso, café da manhã bom, quarto espaçoso. Funcionários muito solicitos e simpáticos. Preços do mercado muito justo também.
