The breakfast is OK, but is not providing by the hotel so cover for some kinds of drinks like expresso, capuccino, hot chocolate.

The location needs urgently a big update.

We were there for 3 days and actually happy to leave because we could really use the pool etc.

The person at the reception was nice.

It was extremely cold that we got sick - the heating didn’t work - there was one guy checking the heating but just changed the controller but it still didn’t work. The pool was extremely dirty - I never saw something like this The sauna was not always working. In the gym many things were not working. The person at the breakfast was unfriendly and the breakfast is everyday the same. It’s typical Brazilian breakfast but not really healthy . Only bread , cake and eggs but no vegetables - they had fruits though. No vegan option for bread or milk .

Gostamos muito da estadia, dos funcionários e da comida, o lugar em si nem se fala, maravilhoso para quem precisa de descanso!

Somente a limpeza, parece que os lençóis estavam usados, cheios de fios de cabelos que não eram nossos e bem amarelados, banheiro com teias de aranhas nas janelas.. Por esse lado deixaram a desejar!

A localização foi fora de série. Cachoeira, riacho limpo e floresta deslumbrante.

Ficava bem perto de um córrego de águas limpas, que corria entre pedras, fazendo um chuáchuá delicioso. O fato de ter restaurante e lanchonete mesmo em dias de pouco movimento foi importante.

Era geminada e dava para ouvir ruídos do hóspede ao lado, que felizmente não era dos mais barulhentos.

Hotel muito agradável em meio a natureza. Lugar tranquilo para descansar. Voltaria com a minha família com certeza.

O hotel possui uma estrutura de restaurante que poderia ser melhor explorada, desde o café da manhã que poderia ter mais opções, ao almoço e jantar (que são a parte). Sugiro também novos colchões! Mas o hotel tem um potencial enorme, só precisa ser melhor explorado.
