Location was perfect and the staff were excellent.
My room didn’t have a balcony which I’ve assumed there will be one, when I was looking at the accommodation photos online. Also there was scaffolding on the side of the hotel and it was quite noisy after 7am but I was out the hotel before 7am on most days, so it’s wasn’t too bad.

Location was great and the view from the balcony was lovely. Coffee was great!
Bed was hard, breakfast was lacking (nothing hot), water took ages to heat up
