Het vriendelijke en enthousiaste ontvangst. Veel tips om te gaan bekijken en doen op Madeira. Een erg fijn koppel dat voor alles zorgt. Inclusief vers fruit uit de eigen tuin. We hadden geluk dat de tuin op donderdag, 1 keer in 2 weken (!), werd gewatert vanuit de gezamenlijke Levada. Dan leer je snel hoe belangrijk water management is voor dit eiland. Een geweldige ervaring.

Absolutely amazing stay! The house itself is very cosy and has everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is available for use and offers the most amazing view! Then there’s the garden, which is the most beautiful of all. You have multiple nice seating areas surrounded by all kinds of trees, plants, and a very cute cat! But most of all, the hosts were incredibly welcoming, open and friendly. They made us feel right at home while also sharing things of Madeiran and Polish culture.

Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Romantische Lage an einer Levada mit großartiger Aussicht über den Ozean. Liebevoll restauriert. Wunderschöner Garten. Wir haben noch nie so viel über Obst und Gemüse gelernt wie während unserer Zeit bei Zbignew. Auch Kater Pintas lebt dort. Strategisch günstig auf der Insel zwischen Flughafen und Funchal gelegen und nur 5 Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit lokaler Küche ist fußläufig erreichbar.
