Big room and floor heating in the bathroom

Happy they pick up the phone in the middle of the night and accept late booking, late check in and being really helpful for a desperate person travel long distance for a night to rest.

The family room had a big spacious bathroom
The walls are thin. The doors are not sound proof. We were awake really early because of all the noise from the hall.

Breakfast was lovely but scrambled eggs were always cold, but the food was tasty and delicious. The chocolate santas were a lovely touch.
I would have loved a proper pillow, they were very flat. Also, the temperature in the shower kept changing from scalding hot to cold, there was no in between and lead to a very stressful shower.
