It is a good hotel to spend a couple of days if you need to visit hamburg. Clean and quiet.

Breakfast was not worthy, They charged 12.90€ for breakfast and The timing is 7-10, I reached dining at 0940hrs all the fresh baskets are empty, upon the request they able to provide 4 eggs and 8 nos. Of bread hot from kitchen

Great for visiting Harburg.

Nice green location just outside Harburg with good bus connection to downtown. Clean, comfortable room and very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was not elaborate but gave a good start to the day. Close to the highway with free parking for our car. Would certainly go there again.

Everything was super nice

We had to pay city tax but in booking.com it was mentions pay at property 0€ which was disappointing. And they changed full city tax for 1 year old infant where in other hotels in Germany don't charge city tax for infants. And no receipt were given to us.

Lovely hotel convenient to Hamburg and the surrounding areas with nice dining offerings for families.

Loved the convenient location, excellent dinner at the burger restaurant and nice breakfast. Super friendly, kind staff made all the difference.

Only downside was the “soundproofing” specifically described in the listing was definitely not a thing. We were right next to the kitchen and it didn’t bother us (even the kids went to sleep really quickly), but it did make me laugh that that was advertised and was basically nonexistent.

It is a good property! Specially the receptionist ( Valon Musa) is a very good and helpful guy. Appreciate it. Good price and clean hotel. parking was free of cost and rooms was big and comfortable for families. I recommend this hotel.

I thought it was incredible that you want to make it so nice but at the same time you have a very bad coffee machine that doesn't make coffee but black "water", use real coffee though, and buy baker's bread instead of heated bread, it does it all to a dull impression

Lovely people, lovely room, spotless, well appointed, comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed the evening food in the hotel. We could happily have stayed longer to explore the area and there's also a bus stop right outside with frequent transport to lots more eateries, Hamburg, or other areas.

Comfortable bed.

The first room we were offered had a broken smoke alarm and electrical sockets hanging off the wall. The second room was still dirty like the first but probably safer, although a prison cell would be bigger! The shower cubicle had a door missing so they had rigged up a shower curtain to cover the gap. There were 2 power sockets, one bizarrely in the headboard behind the pillow and one under the desk. We would not stay there again even if they paid us.

Very nice old hotel kept clean and tidy

We loved the location. Since we came by car and had no need for public transportation, this was a great place to stay. Good coffee in the morning with possibility to take takeaway coffee comfortably. Very good water pressure 👌 having a shower is a blast!

The chimney in front of the window :) but it's just a visual thing; some sound from the street (if you like to sleep with your window open, ask for a room that looks to the opposite side); stairs were something ;) the place doesn't have an elevaitor.

old fashioned twin room (colours, floor), the shower with plastic curtain is not that modern. when we entered the room, smelled like someone had obviously been smoking before. very expensive breakfast in comparison to other breakfast.
