Simple, clean, good value for money

Was able to get a room with a single bed and a small bathroom for a very good price. If travelling alone for just a night or two, this is perfect! I booked it to visit the nearby university (TUHH), which was just a 20 minute walk away (walk also went past several bakeries where I could pick up lunch / breakfast)

I needed a late check in due to a late flight, and as I hadn’t be able to pay in advance on booking.com, I had to pay via a online link / phone call before I could enter the hotel. If staying again, I would ask the hotel to send me the link to pay in advance of my stay, to avoid me standing outside trying to sort it out.

Very nice room and comfortable

Only tiny little niggle was struggled to park in carpark when returning in evening. This was mostly due to how other guests parked. Maybe Mark the bays to make best use of space.

Overall nice stay, close to our friend's house.

Rooms were very clean and an adequate size. Hotel is a little dated, but charming. Neighborhood was very safe and walkable. Close to the subway and bus stop.

The woman who checked us in was very kind but didn't speak much English. The gentleman there another day wasn't very friendly. Staff is also only there part of the day, which made checking in difficult since we had a later flight.

If you look for a place to sleep close to Hamburg, where you also feel welcome, this place does it.

A nice little hotel in a quiet bus yet urban neighbourhood. Everything worked, Rooms were good and the receptionist was friendly. Also the traditional arquitecture gives the place a nice touch. Beds were clean, also the provided towels and glasses.

The room was clean, but not extremly clean; if you have very high hygienic standards, this could bother. Also personally, I think the furniture could be better chosen. The hotel is a nice old building, maybe old styled furniture could fit better than modern grey business look.

Superb

Very beautiful small hotel, about half an hour away from the city center with the S Bahn. The room was very simple, the bed was comfortable and also the man in the reception was kind! Also very good wifi connection! Definitely recommend it for a short stay!

The floor at the shower was a bit dirty. Also the walls were not soundproof. I would also recommend the rooms to be a bit warmer, especially at night.

Great Accommodation south of the Elbe

The location of the hotel is great for work south of the Elbe. The hotel is quiet and has comfortable beds. The breakfast is comprehensive and caters for those who do not eat meat or dairy.

The car park could do with a bit more lighting. But that is a real nit picky point.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei , der Speisesaal sauber

Alt eingerichtet und schmutzig, Duschkabine Schimmelig, am Spiegel im Vorflur kleben Künstl. Wimpern vom Vorgänger(bestimmt immer noch) ,Gardinen dreckig usw. , Tochter( anderes Zimmer) war 3 Tage ohne Fernseher , MA freundlich bei Ansprache aber keinerlei Service( Z. B. Bemühung bei Bemängelung )

War schon schön, sauber gepflegt, wenn auch hellhörig. Die Badgerüche waren größter Störfaktor

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, für jeden was dabei, regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Sauber.

Die Fliesen im Bad sind aus den 80ger Jahren, schwarzer Schimmel in den Fugen und an der Brause, alte Steckdose, alter Lichtschalterm, alter Spiegel, roch muffig nach Kläranlage aus dem Duschabfluss. Darum Abzüge bei Komfort und Ausstattung.

Für mich war es ausreichend und zufriedenstellend

Ich war im Rahmen einer Schiedsrichteransetzung beim Hockeyverein TG Heimfeld vor Ort. Für eine Übernachtung war es absolut okay. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hat eine große Auswahl geboten. Die ÖPNV Anbindung ist ebenfalls sehr gut gewesen

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Das Zimmer. Es war ein sehr kleines Zimmer ohne Schrank. Man lebte aus dem Koffer. Das Bad war ohne Ablageflächen (defekt/fehlte). Selbst in der Dusche keine Ablage. Der Fernseher hatte nur 2 Sender und nach dem der Techniker da gewesen sein sollte war es nicht Besser.

Super na weekendowy pobyt

Duże i bardzo wygodne łóżka w pokoju rodzinnym, już dawno się tak dobrze nie wyspaliśmy. Pokój był przestronny, łazienka duża, był telewizor i dwa fotele ze stolikiem, mała lodówka, w łazience kosmetyki do mycia. Przed hotelem malutki ogródek z miejscem do siedzenia - przy dwójce dzieci super. Śniadanie w przystępnej cenie w postaci szwedzkiego stołu, parking. Zarezerwowaliśmy dwa pokoje dwuosobowe dla 3 dorosłych i 2 dzieci, na miejscu nieodpłatnie wymieniono nam jeden pokój dwyosobowy na pokój rodzinny 2+2 co było dla nas idealną opcją. Na krótki wypad bardzo ok, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Jedyne co można by poprawić, to usuwać na bieżąco pajęczyny. Po za tym pokój był czysty, a pościel świeża i pachnąca.

Hotel mit Charme, empfehlenswert.

Frühstück hervorragend, reichhaltig und hervorragender Kaffee. Es gab überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Es gibt einen grossen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Die S-Bahn Station Heimfeld ist nicht weit entfernt und mit dem Bus Linie 42 sehr komfortabel zu erreichen (3 Stops). Es ist ein älteres Hotel mit Charme. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Das Hotel ist etwas hellhörig, das ist aber nicht wirklich ein Mangel.
