Beautiful hotel. Location was great. Room was beautiful overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

It was off season and hardly anyone was there and the garage was empty but still charged for parking.

Window in bathroom was broken, the nightlife and workers woke me up a few times. electricitysocket at bedsidetable was loose. mold/black mold in bathroomwindow. toilet-brush wasnt functional. Drain in shower was slow.

Probably the best hotel in Milano Marittima!

We spend our vacation in Italy only in this hotel for the last almost 10 years and are completely satisfied with location, services and everything. I think it's probably the best place if not in the whole Italy, then in Milano Marittima a for sure!

we did book this hotel because of a private beach - in the reservation we specify that we need a place on the beach - when we arrived - surprise- no places on the beach. They did not even check twice- no not possible. (Even that’s extra cost of 35€ / day). We did find by ourselves other beach close to hotel, with better price and lovely stuff where they treat us good and as a customers. Our room was max 3 stars- very run down facing kitchen and no chance to sit on the balcony. Stuff for n the bar was not very nice. All this for price of 900€/ 3 nights. If we knew it before, we would book another hotel around for smaller price.

Super Hotel Anlage

Außerhalb der Saison ist diese Hotel im Preis-Leistung ein Super deal gewesen. Frühstück Super und das hotel, einfach toll. Spa konnte ich leider aus Zeitgründen gar nicht benutzen,

Die Leute waren überall sehr nett. Ansonsten finde ich das Meer nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal stets freundlich. Zimmer immer sauber.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Sanitäre Anlagen beim Pool miserabel. Der Strand sauber, das Meer nicht. Liegestühle viel zu teuer.

il personale sempre gentile e disponibile

dopo diversi anni , devo denunciare la scarsissima manutenzione dell'hotel. Avevo già denunciato questa carenza in passato ma , purtroppo nulla è cambiato(esempio ma non solo: porta cabina doccia rotta, medesima stanza 414, trovata nelle stesse condizioni l'anno successivo, muri scrostati, perdite , cosa ci vuole ripararli, condense da i condizionatori, camere allagate da rottura tubi mai sistemate, pagliolato esterno sconnesso, arredi interni ed esterni datati da ricondizionare etc........). Invito la proprietà ad investire un po di soldi, altrimenti addio alle 4 stelle S ( già secondo me non piu) ed addio anche a moltissimi clienti

Frühstuck und Abendessen waren sehr gut! Top! Die Zimmer waren okey die Betten nicht einem 4 Sternehotel würdig. Die Lage ist Top! Sauberkeit der Zimmer nicht sehr gut. Noch sehr viel Potential nach oben.

Der Balkon auf den Innenhof war sehr klein das man die Kleider oder Badehose nicht trocknen konnten. Die Zimmertüren waren sehr laut und der Lärm in den Gängen auch.

Segnano parcheggio a pagamento e quando lo richiedi ti dicono che per una notte non lo danno, sarebbe opportuno indicarlo nel format di prenotazione. 10 minuti per avere un calice di vino a cena. Alcune persone della reception poco accoglienti . Lettore scheda chiave della stanza non funzionante. Stanza e bagno non adeguate a un 4 stelle lusso .

At det var reint. Vi organiserte vår egen tur til San Marino med egen sjåfør for 100 euro. Der var det flott. Etter erfaringen vår med overpriset mat, solseng o.a., så overlot vi ikke noe til hotellet.

Det var veldig dyrt. Bufeten til 50 euro var lite å skryte av. Så godt er ikke pasta. Det smaker likt om det er rundt, flatt eller har hull inni. 40 euro for stol på stranda, det er jo latterlig. Personalet kunne ikke noe engelsk og de forskjellsbehandlet italienske gjester framfor dem som ikke kunne språket. Skal aldri tilbake hit, og Italia som land er også lite fristende. Siden dette var første gangen så var jo ikke førsteinntrykket så mye å skryte av.

klassischer italienischer Urlaub mit Kinobestuhlung

Super Lage, direkt am Strand mit schöner Promenade und zwei Seitengassen zur Flaniermeile. Öffentlichen Bereiche (Bar, Rezeption, Toiletten unten, Außenbereich, etc.) sind sehr modern, ansprechend und neu gestaltet. Die Zimmer und Gänge wirken teilweise abgewohnt und noch renovierungsbedürftig (Vorhänge, Türen, Teppichboden, etc.). Das Zimmer war sehr klein wenig Ablagemöglichkeit (man sollte als Paar für 2 Wochen Urlaub nur einen Koffer haben und somit nicht unterschiedliche Aktivitäten planen) abervmit schönem Balkon und Meerblick. Strandliegen ab €40,- pro Tag sind möglich aber erst ab Reihe 6 die vorderen Reihen waren für die beiden Nachbar-Partnerhotels reserviert. Frühstück ausgezeichnet mit Außenterasse, schöner 25m Pool, perfekt zum schwimmen. Egal ob am Strand oder Pool man bekommt immer ausreichend Handtücher. Zimmer werden ständig geputzt und Handtücher 2 mal täglich gewechselt. Parkplatz um€25,- p.Nacht vorhanden, da die Garage aber sehr klein und eng ist müsste man Autoschlüssel hinterlassen. Auf den Straßen kann man kostenpflichtig parken wenn man etwas findet. Personal war freundlich außer die Schlaftablette am Empfang, eine der Damen an der Rezeption hatte offenbar nicht so gerne Kontakt mit den Gästen.
