The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Most of the staff were excellent and the breakfast was lovely. The pool area is very nice and, although small, is a perfect size for the hotel. The shuttle is a welcome addition and the gentleman who ran the shuttle was a joy!
The restaurant food was beautiful and we couldn't fault it however we found the Manager rude and aggressive in nature. When we came to the restaurant he walked off and didn't show us the table, he was rude about serving tap water and took plates away too quickly - we didn't eat there again which was such a shame.
The hotel is out of town but this can be a bonus and there is a free shuttle every half hour.

Excellent breakfast, exceptional service, comfy and clean room, great location
The “fitness center.” Teeny room with 1 treadmill (needs to be upgraded), 1 elliptical, and some weights. Very limited space to do weights. Room was kept at 24.7 Celsius and staff said it couldn’t go lower.

Beautiful property. Rooms and facilities are amazing!! Front office staff were super helpful and extremely friendly
The manager at the cafe was extremely rude to us. Initially I thought he was just having a bad day but his rude behaviour towards our family kept occurring during our whole stay! And we could see how he was being very friendly with other families and kids similar age to ours. Which unfortunately made the whole experience sour.
