The Hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the staff couldn’t be more lovely or helpful. We had the most amazing week staying here and although a little out of the centre the bus round the corner goes to the railway station every 10 mins or so. A massive thank you must go to Linda and Rudina for making our stay exceptional.

The service and location was great. Easy access to the main streets of Florence.
I found the online imagery to be deceiving, there was no elevator so be careful if you have heavy luggage. It was otherwise, a pleasant stay - Just not what we were expecting from the Imagery at the time we booked.
