Exactly as described very clean and staff was wonderful and accommodating.
It was away from the main city center we walked there and back several times and took metro other times. If you don’t mind walking a bit or riding a scooter that was easy and fun at night it’s no problem. It was peaceful out of city center.

Very modern & clean.
The entrance did worry us at first but once we got to the second floor we were relieved to see how modern and clean it was.

The service and location was great. Easy access to the main streets of Florence.
I found the online imagery to be deceiving, there was no elevator so be careful if you have heavy luggage. It was otherwise, a pleasant stay - Just not what we were expecting from the Imagery at the time we booked.
