Beautiful and very coze hotel. Very quite area and the pool was in-between trees and grass which gave it an amazing relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Florence.

The standard of acccomodation was good and comfortable furnishings. Food was good and the outside facilities were excellent including s lovely swimming pool area. The staff were great and very helpful. The location of this hotel was excellent and close to amenities and city centre and yet in a quiet situation.
There were no negatives points at this hotel - it was charming and just what we required.

Nice setting.
You should have Gluten free Food. Morning staff was not able to understand how to complete the billing. Very inexperienced. At least stock vanilla gelato.
