Overall good. They give you guest card to travel to interlaken west and back. Self check in was the best. So easy and smooth. But check in can't be possible before 3 pm since no staff is available. Overall good.

Good place for a night stay, checking was smooth as keys were placed at reception in envelopes although nobody was there at the reception to attend us there.
Do note there is bi option for EV charging near the property and to their credit they did mentioned this in one of the emails :)

Very old style and decoration, not refurbished
Toilets shared for 5 rooms and not cleaned
Only one shared shower for 5 rooms and the shower is even not cleaned and arranged correctly
Rooms very noisy and without good insulation
Nobody available at reception (self check in) but seems to have staff present in the building (hearing some noises)
Missing a glass in the room
No bottle of water at disposal (not even one at least)
1 fridge at each floor with food inside (cleaned, outdated, shared … who knows ?)
Easy access from outside (main door not locked)
What else … I think the list is already long enough 😱
