Breakfast was exceptional. Room was very comfortable. All the staff we met were lovely, and very helpful.
The entrance driveway is very bumpy and muddy.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially the receptionist on the morning of Boxing Day. Good breakfast with enough choice to eat well, the omelette was very good. Good value for money for the price paid for a five night stay. The room was comfortable, cosy, and warm. Staying in a castle was a lovely experience, especially meaningful as I was travelling with my mum, it was her wish to visit Scotland. A great base for exploring the Highlands.
Parking area was very muddy and difficult to use, I even ended up blocking the path because of it, sorry for the inconvenience. The bathroom could do with some updating, but it was clean and functional.

Location
Paid extra (£40) get the executive room which listed private hot tub in the room - just to be told at reception at the check in point that it is not in my room. There is 3 executive rooms in the castle and two have it - my one did not!
Receptionist was rude too.
