The first hotel that I have evere stayed in where it was not possible to get a hot drink on arrival. The staff just said no when asked. We had to wait until breakfast to get a hot drink. Unacceptable.

Quiet, clean hotel with good breakfast.

Clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast, quiet location.

Only one thing, the pillows were really uncomfortable- lumpy synthetic pillows. Ended up sleeping without them. We also travelled via public transport and had to use taxis to get to and from the hotel. Apart from that everything was great.

Conveniently located hotel with clean rooms and good breakfast

Clean, comfortable hotel with attentive staff in a good location in the outskirts of the city. Nice large breakfast and fast internet. Free parking, easy access to hotel

Weekend buffet was a bit overpriced with good meat dishes on one hand but a very basic, salad buffet on the other hand; large wedding party at the hotel did not let (unrelated) guests sleep until 3am ;

beautiful garden and nicely finished hotel with a large room. staff opened the restaurant especially to provide food for us. breakfast was excellent. staff were very helpful.

Not quite 5 stars

Booked 2 nights a double room with a french bed. Self check in with Keyboy worked fine a litle difficult as keycard got stuck in keyboy. There is a lift at the property. Room downstairs immediately hit us with an overwhelming bad stench. French bed was too small for 2 people. Request for another room and bigger bed was fulfilled with no trouble next morning for an additional fee. Breakfast buffet is ok but not what I would call opulent, we did not like the filtered coffee, small cups or the lack of Whitener and cream. The bread rolls were not crusty and the bread sliced too thin. The breakfast knife was blunt. Eggs are cooked fresh upon request. The superior room was decent. Location is ok but not much to do in Siegen and a pain to get around by car due to major roadworks and detours. Room did not have a kettle but it was supplied upon rest. TV decent size. No air condition but block out blinds keep the heat out quite well.

Pleasant

Rooms are quite big and clean bed linens, and location is quiet good. Siegen isn't a tourist city, so time to explore the old city, hiking, mountain biking. Just refreshing.

It is a shame the bathroom was run with mold and dark stains that some basic bathroom mold remover wouldn't remove. The room was next to the road, so very noisy early in the morning.

Even in this corona period the hotel did manage to serve a good breakfast and nice dinner Quality as in good restaurant ( but served in the room on real plate ) Further they took care of my laundry was there 2,5 weeks and did privide me with good service even helped me out with a flat motorcycle battery Every thing looks very well mentaind

Given that it was August and in the middle of a heatwave 37 degrees... to find no air conditioning and no fan and unable to open windows no more than 2 inches, not something you would expect in 2020.. for this reason I would not recommend this hotel in the summer which is a shame as it’s in very beautiful location

Sehr schöne Zimmer Sehr nettes Personal und sehr bemüht das es dem Gast gut geht Ich war am Wochenende der einzige Gast u. habe am Montag Morgen trotzdem ein herrliches Frühstück gezaubert bekommen, dies fand ich nicht selbstverständlich und gibt daher noch mal ein großes Kompliment

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Siegen. Ohne Auto ist man eher eingeschränkt, mit dem Auto aber gut angebunden. Parken war problemlos möglich. Mein Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und nicht besonders modern, erfüllt aber ihren Zweck. Alles war gepflegt und funktional. Sehr positiv ist das Personal. Alle waren durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Ein echtes Highlight ist das Frühstück im Restaurant. Große Auswahl, alles frisch und gut organisiert. Das Frühstück war deutlich besser, als man es bei dieser Zimmerkategorie erwarten würde.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes traditionelles Hotel. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das tolle Frühstück. Es lohnt sich, in dieses Hotel zu gehen, weil man sich dort wirklich Mühe gibt. Preis-Leistung top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Was Frühstück, Bett und das Zimmer betrifft hat uns alles gefallen. Einen kleinen Hinweis in Bezug auf das Zimmer möchten wir doch machen und zwar haben die Zimmer im 3.Stock eine Dachschräge enthalten an dieser man sich den Kopf heftig anschlagen kann. Unser Vorschlag hier wäre, dass die harte Schrägkante der Abschrägung mit einer Gummimatte umgeben wird, damit der Aufprall des Kopfes abgefedert wird.

Einen kleinen Hinweis in Bezug auf das Zimmer möchten wir doch machen und zwar haben die Zimmer im 3.Stock eine Dachschräge enthalten, an dieser man sich den Kopf heftig anschlagen kann. Unser Vorschlag hier wäre, dass die harte Schrägkante der Abschrägung mit einer Gummimatte umgeben wird, damit der Aufprall des Kopfes abgefedert wird. Es kann hier sehr schlimme Kopfverletzungen geben.
