Superb

Everything was very clean. The room had a very comfortable size for 2 people, where I particularly liked having a special area for placing the luggage and lots of storage spaces. The beds were comfortable, with rigid mattress just the way we like. The room temperature was adequate. The bathroom also had a good size, and the water pressure and temperature were perfect. The breakfast area was beautiful, with a nice view over a garden and modern decorations. The breakfast buffet was really very good and complete (eggs, bacon, sausages, cheeses, hams, fruits, jams, yogurt, cereals, vegan options, and more...), and specially the different types of bread were amazingly tasty.

The bath/shower had only a small glass "window" which was not enough to avoid splashing water all over the floor... this needs to be improved. The bed blankets were still too warm and thick considering the temperature of the room.

I will recommend the hotel to my friend.

The place was very clean. It had been recently renovated. The breakfast was excellent and the place to eat breakfast was nicely decorated and had a very nice view of the Garden. The view from the room windows was great and very peacefull.

There was not any aircondition. It made staying in the hotel at noon very hard. The staff were very nice and did their job greatly but with no smiling at face. The trourism information, such as poster or leaflets, have not been provided.

Right next to the Siegerlandhalle convention center.

Confusion and misunderstanding regarding unvaccinated business travelers. Some colleagues were afraid of not being accommodated. They cancelled their reservations because of wrong informations on behalf of the management. Consequence: wasted time and extra expenses. At the end everything has been sorted out for those who stayed though.
