Incapable staff at the reception, but good breakfast.

The food at the breakfast was great, nice kitchen staff.

Receptionists were incapable of navigating my booking.com payment and charged me double for their incapability.

The location is quite good, next to the Aldy grocery store, laundry in the yard, several restaurants nearby. To the center up the mountain. For Kinderklinik - crossing the railway nearby and also up the mountain or taxi about 11 euros one way. Good breakfast in the hotel.

This is a small room, only for a short stay. Extremely little space for work and children in one place.

Used to like the hotel a lot.

Having stayed here several times under Ramada and then Hotel+ this being the first time as Concorde. We arrived just after 2.00pm 26th December to find the reception area deserted. After a while I noticed the young lady outside Having a smoke. From the moment she came in to finalising the the check in she was less than friendly. In addition I asked about a Doctor to which she responded that she did not know despite the list of facilities listed in the room stating to contact reception. Additionally we were placed into room 405 which has the bed placed at an angle making the room almost useless. Probably won't be back

Good but old hotel at an excellent location with great staff

Breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff very accommodating. Great swimming pool open from 7am - 10 pm

Infrastructure is somewhat old and the canalization breaths a foul in the bathroom. No AC in my room directly besides very busy street, so opening the windows was also too loud.

A quiet, nice hotel in Siegen

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, and the bathroom is comfortable. My room had a single bed which is suitable for business travelers. The hotel is nicely located near the city center and close to public transportation. It is a walking distance from the central station.

Without air conditioning in the summer, the room gets too hot. The amenities in the bathroom had only washing soap but no shampoo or conditioner.

The breakfast was excellent! The view from our 5th floor room was really nice. The location is also very good and easily accessible.

It would be nice to have a bottle of water per guest each day rather than only one bottle for the entire stay. Would be even better to have tea too.

Excellent breakfast including gourmet honey, ample fresh fruit incl. pineapple, to mention just a couple of not-so-common extras

Disappointing

Female staff were helpful and friendly. Location to center of town is very good. Bathroom exceptionally clean.

Male staff not that friendly and/or cooperative. WiFi didn't work for me, they said it was my iPhone that made it difficult: ridiculous!! Sink and tub wouldn't drain properly. Overall: a pretty dreary hotel for travelling tradesmen and businessmen. Not worth the money.
