The staff were super friendly and understanding especially that we have a toddler who is making a mess.

It is close by the sea and the shopping street.

Great hotel in the centre of Blankenberge

This is a lovely hotel located very near the station, shops, restaurants and beach. The breakfasts in particular are excellent, with a huge choice and fresh products.

Excellent hotel with outstanding breakfast and staff

The whole staff was friendly and always welcoming. The service at breakfast was so quick and efficient. It took them around 3 minutes after ordering to have fresh scrambled or fried eggs at the table. Astonishing! And of course the breakfast itself was great too. There was an excellent atmosphere at the hotel throughout our whole stay and we liked our room, the patio and the lounge a lot. I would warmly recommend this place to anyone staying in Blankenberge. The beach and the station are close by and so it only took us 15 minutes to get to Bruges by train.

Nice rooms, very practically. Very clean, direkt in the pedestrian area of the city. Rooms absolutely quiet.

I was very happy with our stay in hotel, everything was great. Just one small disappointment..Parking. There was not any free parking spot for our car, despite I tried to book it in advance. We had to left our car on the edge of the town which was uncomfortable with the kids and luggages..But still, we really enjoyed the time in Alfa Inn.

Great stay - Family oriented!

The appartement was very organised, comfortable and fully equipped. The staffs are top. A special thank you to Mrs.Ria, who was very kind and made everything nicely during our stay. Very good breakfast. The parking was very handy.

We really loved everything about our stay. We felt really comfortable and everyone was really friendly. Our daughter is still talking about her good friend Pico, the parrot 😁. We'll surely return very soon!

Great location and amazing breakfast. The facilities and the breakfast area is nice.

They gave me a room in the annex, it looked like a student accommodation with cheap furniture. I don’t know if I got unlucky with the room they gave me but it was definitely over priced, it reminded me of a college dormitory room. The photos are misleading. There is no bathtub in the room, it’s in the sauna.

The hotel is perfectly located near the station and the seafront. The room was comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly. There is a spacious and comfortable lounge area. The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge choice and quality products.

The bathroom was OK but could do with updating.

Pleasant

Nice location. Nice lobby bar. Private parking. There was a surprise for the kids on Easter morning.

We got only the address of the parking and no info about how it is organised - very complicated as a whole and namely because of the lack of info in advace. We had to stay half an hour on the overcrowded street before we could reach our parking space. Nice breakfast but not for vegetarians after 9.30 a.m. simply because they didn't put any more vegetables, cheese or fish. We could enjoy only our eggs.

Superb

Our room was very good design for families, a big bathroom and next to our bedroom and the spa with the jacuzzi, sauna and the steam room was delicious. The breakfast was also very good. Also the location was perfect because you have all the good restaurants, stores and supermarket at walking distance.

The only thing I would change is the temperature of the jacuzzi because it was a little bit too hot for us, maybe 1 or 2 degrees colder would be perfect.

The whole family had a great time.

It’s in a very good location, right at the shopping street, a few minutes walk and you’re at the beach. The breakfast was fantastic. The owner is accommodating and very friendly.

Cooking tools in the apartment could be improved (like new pans, sharper knives, bigger cups for tea). A high chair for families with a baby or toddler permanently stationed in the room would also be a plus.

Very good breakfast. Big space in rooms. Very polite staff. Entrances secured with codes. Private parking space available. Live music & some entertainment for children as well.

Cleaning staff always came in same time when the room was not available for cleaning. Strong noises in the water pipe system, please check water pressure ASAP. It can be heard in a lot of rooms when anyone is using water.

Nice backyard

We stayed for 2 nights. But for the first 22 hours, we couldn't use the sink in the bathroom. We reported the problem at 8 PM and they said it will be fixed tomorrow after the breakfast. But it wasn't fixed until 3 PM!
