As a stop over on our way back to Rotterdam, it provided all we needed.

There was no real parking. It was basically the normal public parking for which the reception provided a small discount.

located on the boulevard. Try to book a room with sea view. It was quite stormy when I stayed there, which gave impressive waves. The restaurant serves excellent seafood. Rooms were very clean. Spacious bathroom. Upon arrival the reception staff was very helpful with parking permits for the area.

The rooms and general areas need updating as the decor is a bit old-fashioned. Some of the metal parts in the shower are rusty.

room had nice views and balcony, fairly basic but quite large

there was no water all night and next morning, we had to find this out for ourselves and when we asked about it, staff was first reluctant to give us bottle water for free. due to water outage (which was not the hotel's fault), breakfast was also limited and lady was quite apologetic, but no compensation was offered

Perfect and we will come again

The breakfast buffet was sufficient and adapted. No one needs more. The location directly on the coast is priceless. The rooms were simple and very clean. The mattresses/bed were new and clean. We have nothing to complain about.

Great location with good food and friendly staff

The hotel was on the boulevard and oppositie of a huge cinema. The view from our room was not good but we booked last minute. Staff was very friendly and the food was super! Breakfast was ok. We would book again.

The view from the room was great. The room had 2 very nice chairs from which you can watch to ships go by. The bed was very good. The restaurant serves great food and nice wines. Breakfast was good and more than enough. The staf was very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect. Great point to start a walk or explore the town.

The stairs in the hotel were quite steep. The balcony doors did not shut all the way so there was a bit of a draft as it was blowing a gale on our stay.

Prachtig uitzicht, vriendelijk personeel maar kamers helaas minder.

Uitzicht was top! Jonge medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en attent.

De verwarming zowel in de kamer als badkamer stonden beide op 5 dus het was bloed heet. Ik heb ze meteen terug gedraaid maar kon het nauwelijks af laten koelen omdat de loggia naar nicotine rook en de ramen niet kon open zetten vanwegen vliegjes die tegen het raam aan zaten. Een van de bedden was ook heel slecht maar gelukkig was ik alleen dus kon ik op dat ander bed slapen. Badkamer is het plafond rooster naar beneden gevallen, douche kop lekt, kitrand van douche afvoer vol schimmel.

Toller Ausblick (Lage) und netter Service

Wir haben das Hotel wegen dem angekündigten Blick auf die Nordsee ausgesucht. Das große Zimmer (Nr. 2) bot direkten Meerblick. Für ein drei Sterne-Hotel war die Unterkunft mit dem Zimmer empfehlenswert. Es gab genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten für Badutensilien und Kleidung für einen 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt. Genau vor dem Hotel liegt der breite und kilometerlange Nordseestrand, auf welchem auch die Hunde freien Lauf genießen dürfen (manchmal zum Leidwesen der Wasservögel). Wir waren in den ersten Tagen die einzigen Frühstücksgäste, weswegen die Büffetgröße reduziert angeboten wurde. Wir konnten am ersten Tag unsere Wünsche äußern und bekamen neben drei Sorten Wurst- und Käseaufschnitt auch Rührei mit Schinken oder Bacon, gekochte Eier, Joghurt, Müsli/Cornflakes, 2 Sorten Brot und Croissants, sowie frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Cappuccino sowie Koffie verkeerd oder Tee werden frisch zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Abendessen: neben Lachs und Wolfsbarsch gibt es Garnelen, Austern und ganzen Hummer ohne Vorbestellung zu entsprechenden Preisen (Hummer kostet 52 EUR). Auch zwei Sorten Rindfleisch werden mit Beilagen angeboten (30-39 EUR). Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und spricht auch deutsch.

Die zwei Treppenaufgänge zum Aussichtszimmer sind schmal und sehr steil, können aber auch von älteren Menschen gemeistert werden. Der Parkplatz ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Seit dem 12.1.2026 wird der Boulevard (Promenade) aufgerissen und neu gestaltet, voraussichtlich bis Mitte Juni 2026. Ein Vorfahren und kurzes Koffer abstellen vor dem Hotel ist seither nicht mehr möglich. Man kann aber über einen schmalen Fußweg vom "Parkplatz Cinema" die Koffer zum Hotel "rollern". Ein Kleiderschrank hatte keinen Türgriff und musste mit "spitzen" Fingern geöffnet werden. Der Balkon war im Januar wegen des schlechten Wetters zugesperrt und konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Das hat uns zu der Jahreszeit aber auch nicht gestört.

Toller Urlaub zwischen die Feiertage.

Das Frühstuck war ausreichend, was nicht da war wurde auf Anfrage nachgereicht. Die lage war Super direkt am Boulevard nicht weit von das Zentrum und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Einfach tolle Tagen am Meer sogar das Wetter hat mitgespielt.
