One night stay

Nice restaurant / hotel in Vijlen. Position is great with big private parking in front of hotel. Small hotel (only a few rooms) above a nice restaurant (which I did not try unfortunately). My room (#4) was quite big with a big terrace with sun from morning till sunset. Room furniture is quite basic but everything is there. Bed is comfortable, even if two single beds next to each other instead of one queen bed. Bathroom is nice with big shower. Breakfast good with lots of salty and sweaty food, coffee on the contrary is of low quality and need improvement. Nice surroundings for walking, biking, and short driving to Limburg points of interest.

Overall all good. Suggest bed table lights (missing, as only a single room light) and better coffee. No fridge / kettle or anything else in the room.

Superb

Pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable our twin room in this hotel was, also with a good modern bathroom. Simple furnishing. Friendly staff. Good breakfast spread in the morning and could have had dinner, inside or out, but we chose to cross the border to Aachen for the novelty of eating dinner in Germany.

Alles was super, het enige minpunt was dat de radiator dichtgedraaid was dus een steenkoude kamer met buiten temperaturen rond het vriespunt. Het duurde wel even voordat de kamer warm werd.

Nette, schone kamers. Stoelen zitten wat minder comfortabel als je s’avonds op je kamer zit.

De locatie en de accommodatie was goed, maar wel wat wat verouderd.

Geen negatieve dingen over de accommodatie. (Wel wat gedateerd) Zou wel prettig zijn als je een kop thee of koffie op je kamer kon zetten.

Schone en nette kamers. Ontbijt was heel uitgebreid, met alles erop en eraan. Locatie naar leuke wandelroutes. Diner a la carte, was heel goed, met locale producten.

Kamer: rustig, heel netjes en alles piekfijn. Gemakkelijk te bereiken. Vriendelijke bediening. Ontbijtbuffet met voldoende keuze.

Probleem met Wifi: Blijkbaar worden cijfers die niet van een apart numeriek klavier komen niet aanvaard bij de paswoord controle. Ik heb dus niet kunnen inbellen in de Wifi.

Super mooi en goed hotel, maar eetgelegenheid te vroeg gesloten.

Grote kamer, goed ontbijt, prettig personeel, goede prijs en mooie plek!

We waren gestrand door de sneeuw. We boekten speciaal een hotel restaurant om te kunnen eten en slapen. We kwamen om 20.00 aan en konden niet meer in het restaurant terecht. Dat was een grote teleurstelling. Gelukkig werden we tegenover het hotel supergoed bediend door de eigenaresse van Cuba Libre: heerlijk gegeten en gezellige locatie. Tip voor booking.com : meld op de site dat je na 20.00 niet meer kunt eten en beveel de buren aan.
