the lack of staff and lack of cleanliness was a problematic combination

The horses were beautiful. The kids really enjoyed that. The surrounding were nice too.

There were no Towels Bedding missing Not enough and clean sheets for all beds, No soap No light in the bathroom

It's a scam. The place was unclean and the owner ghosted me when I cancelled and asked for my money back. Don't go there.

Location is very close to all the things what you must to see. But do not expect a lotabout the facility. It's oke. Basis need! But for us is oke!

Too small bedroom for four people, the money for towel and bedding wasn't included in the final price.

Great affordable Equestrian get away

Location is great, short walk to nearest beach and good to be surrounded by the horses and farmers fields. Room is very compact but comfortable and clean (do not expect high end hotel clean it is on an equestrian centre) with private shower and toilet. Staff were friendly and despite language barrier we were able to communicate enough to understand the basics. Some great opportunities to ride unfortunately our son was too small to take part this time.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like, it met the expectations I had when booking accommodation on an equestrian yard. The only potential addition would be some sort of fly screen on the doors, to minimise the amount of flies

100€ for a room from 80’ in a horse’s arena with additional fee for a bed sheet and old towels it is 3-4x too much. But I felt safe there.

additional charge for bed linen. no food available. room dated and stuffy. very basic bathroom but shower worked ok

Ok place to stay near a popular destination

Location is good, calm and quite place. Very clean and tidy laundry (bed spreads, duvets, Pillow, Towels, Bed and duvet covers - These are charged additionally) Hot water was available. No Wifi - I put it here because it allowed us to use less mobile devices :-)

Rooms could be cleaner. Spider webs on the ceiling, mould around bath tub

not far from Etretat, horses are nice and interesting to live near.

the smell inside tells you that it is wet. there is nothing inside besides beds- no shelf to put things, no soap, no glass or cup- we bought wine and did not have where to pour it. I do not think it was very cheap, so expected at least some things.

Great location at a super price

Although I don't speak any French the staff speaks English perfectly so communication was not a problem, for the price it was a great stay, the heater worked perfect and the beds were comfortable, very small room but we just went there to sleep so for us that was perfect.

There was a little smell of humidity in the room which I don't mind but my wife was not too happy about it, but I wouldn't mind staying there again.

la chambre et la SDB : propretée douteuse , manque de place même pas un meuble pour ranger nos affaire même pas une chaise, prix exorbitant pour si peu de confort c'est vraiment un manque de respect !

Jullie moeten zelf gaan kijken in de schuur van de paarden van de dressing hebben ze kamers gemaakt stinken en schimmel in de badkamer en vuile douche misschien goed voor dieren te laten slapen we hebben direkt een ander hotel geboekt ibis budget hotel in fre hamps en ons geld zijn we kwijt er is nog niets voor een tas koffie te drinken ik snap niet dat booking.com dit verhuurt . De omgeving van de manege is goed

Je ne reviendrai pas !

La chambre n’a pas été nettoyé correctement. Il y avait des toiles d’araignées dans tous les recoins de la chambre; des chaussures retrouvés sous le lit; la cuvette des toilettes cassées; poils pubien sur les draps de lit …etc. Nous avons de plus retrouver de la moisissure sur les murs. Nous ne pouvions pas fermer la porte de notre chambre car elle n’avait pas de clé (vidéo à l’appui). Elle restait donc grand ouverte. Où est la sécurité ? Le lieu manquait de lumière le soir surtout avec des enfants en bas âge. Absence de personnel à l’accueil nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes avant que quelqu’un vienne nous voir. J’espère recevoir une compensation de votre part ou même un remboursement. Car le descriptif que vous décrivez sur le site ne correspond pas du tout au lieu.

La proximité de la plage

Personne pour nous accueillir à l’arrivée ni pour le départ….La chambre ne fermait pas à clefs, elle était sale, pleine de toiles d’araignées et très humide, la douche fuit, ça sentait mauvais, les draps sois disant propres sentait l’humidité et il y avait des cheveux, pas de savon dans la salle de bain pour se laver les mains, 1 rouleau de papier toilette pour tout le week end… bref je n’y retournerai pas!

Hébergement simple mais cadre exceptionnel dans un lieu calme et situé idéalement.

Personnes accueillantes et chevaux sympas, dans un lieu calme, situé idéalement pour accéder aux chemins de randonnées. Pour les marcheurs peu entrainés comme moi, à 1h30 d'Etretat par les falaises (prévoir de bonnes chaussures et par endroits, ça grimpe... ), à 30 mn de la plage d'Antifer et à 10 mn du village où il y a deux très bons restaurants. Si vous aimez les chevaux, les balades proposées valent le détour, les selles sont confortables. La chambre était simple mais suffisante pour un court séjour.

Les matelas un peu légers, après avoir crapahuté toute la journée, un peu plus de confort serait apprécié. L'humidité ambiante de la chambre, rien ne sèche à l'intérieur.

Solo per veri amanti della natura

Abbiamo adorato la location e la possibilità di accarezzare e giocare con i cavalli del maneggio. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche l'essere immersi nella natura a due passi da entretat. Le mie figlie hanno adorato tutto, per loro è stata una bella esperienza, senza dubbio.

La pulizia lasciava un po' (molto) a desiderare! È una struttura con una potenzialità enorme ma bisogna adattarsi ...

L environnement était top avec les chevaux que nous avons le droit d aller voir. Et le cadre super joli dans un endroit assez loin de la ville donc sympa

Par contre chb 2 et 3 toiles d araignées douche tachée pr du noir et odeur de renfermer partout Pas très bien dans les lits les literies doivent être changées matelas pas confortable Pas de frigo pas de tv

Pokój był z mnóstwem pająków, pajęczyn, nie wietrzony, czuć było wilgoć z widocznymi w narożach ścian i sufitu pokoju oznakami pojawiającej się pleśni. Pokój zbyt mały jak na 4 osoby, brak ręczników, brak śniadania, chociaż taka opcja była w ogłoszeniu. Brak oświetlenia w łazience. To był mój ostatni nocleg po dwutygodniowej podróży po Francji, podczas której spałem w wielu różnych miejscach, noclegach - szkoda bo miejsce, okolica, wraz z tymi radosnymi zwierzętami 🐎 ma ogromny potencjał. Nie polecam tego miejsca na nocleg
