Grand Coquina sits directly on the beach in Daytona Beach Shores, just a couple of blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge and some of the area's best shopping and dining along Dunlawton Avenue. Directly across the street you'll find High Tides Restaurant and a convenience store, and local surf shops, mini golf and beach parks are all within a short walk.

The moment you enter this 16th floor oceanfront condo, you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. The open floor plan greets you with a family room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, where comfortable furnishings and a large TV invite you to relax and take in the views with family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to host meals for the whole group, and the adjacent dining area includes bar stools for extra seating, all with views of the ocean. An in-unit washer and dryer adds extra convenience.

The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, a TV and large glass sliding doors that frame the ocean views. The primary bathroom has a private water closet, a garden tub and shower combo with a handheld showerhead, and a double vanity.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV and an ensuite guest bathroom with a low-ledge walk-in shower.

Grand Coquina is also one of the few complexes in the area with both an indoor pool and an indoor hot tub, so you can enjoy a swim whatever the weather. Other amenities include a spacious fitness center, a sauna, two large club rooms, elevator access, free parking and fast Wi-Fi.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes one reserved space for each unit, with parking for one additional vehicle on the main level on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. Please note that only your one assigned space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on Airbnb and we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.
