The Grand Coquina boasts an assigned parking space per unit with additional first-come-first-serve parking spaces. The expansive oceanfront, seasonally heated pool is surrounded by designer pavers and native, lush Florida landscaping creating an oceanfront oasis. Grand Coquina is one of the few complexes in the area to feature both an indoor pool and an indoor hot tub so that guests can enjoy swimming regardless of the weather outside. Other amenities include a spacious fitness center, sauna, and 2 large club rooms.

Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Grand Coquina offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Grand Coquina is the Dunlawton Bridge featuring all the shops and restaurants on and near Dunlawton Avenue. Directly across from Grand Coquina is High Tides Restaurant and a convenience store. Local surf shops, Mini-Golf, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance.

The moment you enter this 16th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter into the open floorplan to be greeted by a family room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings and a large television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party with the fully stocked kitchen equipped. The adjacent dining area includes bar stools for additional seating and allows you to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. This condo even includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience!

This condo boasts two spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large, glass sliding doors to enjoy the oceanfront views. The primary bathroom showcases a private water closet, garden tub/shower combo with a handheld shower head, and double vanity.

The guest bedroom holds two twin beds and a television with an ensuite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom includes a low-ledge walk-in shower.

Follow the sound of the waves through the living room and onto your private, oceanfront balcony. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Unit was nice, building and pool was nice, easy access to beach. Parking in garage was horrible, small assigned parking spot, extremely hard to get a standard size SUV in the parking space. No help from building management or leasing agent when we asked for a better parking spot.

So much loveliness with a superficial gloss of luxury within the condo; examples: living room furniture looked great until you sat on it then needed help to get out of the "squish"; TV visible from one seat only in the room; threadbare sheets (pretty but so old the elastic didn't hold the sheet on the bed). We were excited to enjoy 2 pools (indoor & outdoor) and a hot tub (highly touted when we were planning our visit) -- the indoor pool & hot tub were unusable, had been closed for months (leasing agent should have been aware of that and not sold that "perk" so highly), outdoor pool was heated and lovely after our third (!) week there, accessed only through the parking garage (found that out many days into our stay). Had to ask a resident how to get to the outside pool and access the beach (through the garage). Check-in involved being handed a set of keys and a garage clicker, no explanations. Figured out by ourselves which key opened what door, it wasn't explained that we needed to check-in with onsite management (a few days in to our stay a pleasant man at the desk firmly stopped me and asked who I was and why I was there), when our vehicle wasn't able to fit under the garage door we just used on-site parking (unaware that we needed to register for that too and get a placard). We were both pleased with the exercise facilities and the level of cleanliness throughout. Practically perfect location with amazing views that made all I've previously said here almost worth the exorbitant price.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time but the condo is in bad need of new linens. The sheets and towels need to be replaced.

This property is amazing. Our stay was completely stress free. The property is very clean and well maintained. We really like the covered parking. The pool is also very nice and being on the side of the building is in the sun all day. Of all the different places we have stayed in Daytona Beach Shores this is definitely our favorite.
