The primary bathroom has an over-sized walk-in shower, double vanity and an oval garden tub. The guest bedroom contains a king bed, flat-screen television, walk-in closet, and adjacent full bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a private sliding door, covered by curtains for privacy, that leads to the front lanai.
Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable, leather furnishings and your flat screen television. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Host and entertain friends and family for dinner as the dining room has seating for 8. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. We enjoyed the accommodations tremendously. Loved location, and having a washer/ dryer. Appreciated the discount due to hurricane damage out and around premises. But would love to come back when pool and beach are open again. Suggestions: better linens and towels. Living room new couch and a recliner maybe, and a chair in each bedroom. A TV in 2nd vedroom. But very nice condo overall, and realty company was very thorough. So thank you for accommodating us.

It was a wonderful place to stay and vacation. It was clean and had everything needed for a Condo. It is a great location. It only had minor things that need attention. Mainly the blinds were missing some slats, a cabinet hinge was off, and one of the rails on balcony is slightly loose. No danger problem, but will need attention soon. Master bedroom could use a chair and maybe a dresser, there were only bed and two bedside tables. The closet made up for it. There was no TV in the second bedroom. That would have been nice as we had our daughter and son-in-law and granddaughter with us the first week. Overall I would stay here again and highly recommend it as a place to stay.
