It is often referred to as the Gateway to Daytona because of its convenient and picturesque oceanfront location at the foot of the Dunlawton Bridge. Paul & Vicki’s Daytona Beach condo was very clean, spacious & conveniently located near the beach and pool. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and cookware and the ocean view from the living room is beautiful! We enjoyed our stay & plan to return.

The condo was super clean and it was well-stocked. The furniture was comfortable. There is a very nice community room and a gym with everything we could need, and it is on a great section of the beach. The condo is conveniently located. We could walk to some restaurants and shopping, and more was only a short drive away. Paul was very accommodating and accessible.
