About this apartment rental
As described in the House manual, you are renting the condo. You are not renting the outer exterior of the house. You are absolutely more than welcome to use the laundry machines, which are located in front of your apartment. All you have to do is go out your door and to the left, and it will say laundry room also, you are welcome to use the dock in the back. But you are using the dock at your own risk, you are not gonna be able to hold the host, responsible or liable for any injuries or accidents that happened while out there using the dock.
Also, as a guest, you are more than welcome to park your vehicle, as long as it fits, in the covered parking, which is the last spot on the right hand side that is specified as parking spot 103. Please remember that it is only for certain size vehicles please check to make sure your vehicle is of the right height before you enter it, we do not need you crashing your car into the ceiling.
I am a very friendly person and I am more than happy to interact with you personally and show you around if time permits however we have set everything up so that you do not have to meet with us. You can check in and check out completely on your own without ever having to have seen us. So your interaction with us is per your decision.
Riverside peninsula location with waterfront condos and boat access on the Halifax River/Intracoastal Waterway. Short drives to local marinas, riverfront parks and dining; beach access and the Atlantic Ocean are a few minutes east across A1A (Daytona Beach Shores). The vibe is coastal and residential—popular with boaters, retirees and visitors who want water views while remaining near Daytona-area attractions (Daytona International Speedway, shops and restaurants). Nearby communities include Daytona Beach Shores to the east and Ponce Inlet to the south.
Daytona Speedway is 15 minutes away. Tanger outlets are 20 minutes away. Daytona international airport is 15 minutes away. This apartment is located 10 minutes away from a major highway I-95.
Driving is the most convenient option — most errands and beach visits are by car. Public transit is available via Votran (Volusia County bus service) with routes on nearby Dunlawton Avenue; schedules are limited compared with large cities. Rideshare and taxis operate in the area. Cycling and walking are feasible for short local trips along Peninsula Drive and the A1A corridor, though some segments lack continuous sidewalks. For regional travel, I-95 and US‑1 are the primary north–south highways; SR A1A provides peninsula/beach access.
This is a very safe family oriented place. We do not allow outside visitors and we also do not allow parties or events. If you are planning on any of the above, please do not book here. We are very respectable, loving and happy place. All of the people in the area I get along with each other. My guests always say they feel right at home.
